Asiana Grand Hotel

We had a great time during our stay at Asiana Grand Hotel. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are welcoming. The cherry on top is when we got complimentary room upgrade to a studio suite even though we only book one night! Our room was clean and spacious. There are bathrobes, towels and other items. Wished they have toothbrush and more tissues though , but it was fine since we brought our own and I did see that they are trying to go green as much as possible (didn’t try to request for it but maybe they will provide if we did). The bathtub also was the highlight of the room. AC is working nicely. Shower also was good and the water pressure was nice. Rooms are soundproof but you get some random sounds from planes taking off and the streets below but not that much distracting. There are restaurants below that plays live music but we weren’t able to hear it even if our room is only at the 4th floor, so we definitely slept soundly. Best experience of a hotel in Deira so far and will gladly visit again..preferably with more than one night stay. Thank you Asiana Grand Hotel Team ✨❤️

We recently stayed at the Asiana Grand Hotel for a few days, and overall, it was a wonderful 5/5 experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, while the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was good and had a decent variety, although a few more options would have been nice. The pool was also nice, but a little too deep for younger children. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and accommodating. A special thank you to **Arjun** for assisting us throughout our stay and to **Ashok** from housekeeping, who was always so kind and greeted us with a smile. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Asiana Grand Hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant!

Great Location & Rooms Check-in was fast, and I was happy to get upgraded to a clean studio suite. The hotel is close to the airport, near Al Ghurair and Deira City Centre malls, with many restaurants nearby. They also have a nice pool and gym. Food & Dining Dinner: The buffet on the mezzanine floor is great value. The seafood spaghetti, pancit, and other dishes were delicious, though the sushi rolls are not in my opinion. The staff there were very friendly. Breakfast: Just okay with limited options. It gets very busy by 9:00 AM. I had to wait 30 minutes for an omelette because there was only one chef, and it ended up being too oily. Go early to avoid the line. Check-out took a while because the front desk was so busy. Overall, it is a good stay for the price and location, but breakfast and check-out service could be faster. P.S. I booked my stay directly on their website, which is cheaper than booking through other channels.

My stay at the Asiana Grand Hotel was amazing. The hotel is modern, immaculate, and in a prime location. Everything went smoothly and comfortably from check-in to check-out. I would especially like to thank Ms. Justine for her exceptional assistance and sincere concern during my stay. She made me feel genuinely appreciated and went above and above to make sure I had everything I needed. Her warm hospitality and professionalism were crucial. Strongly suggested! I will most certainly come back. Once again, I want to thank Justine and the whole crew!
