It was an Excellent stay and during times of war situation my Mother Mrs.Alpa Shah and her group was very well taken care of, such display of humanity is appreciated. Our overall experience at Ascot Hotel, Bur Dubai was mixed but mostly good.
The room was decent and comfortable, though nothing exceptional. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved. Breakfast was good, with a special mention for the vegetarian options, which were well-prepared and satisfying.
Most of the staff members were polite, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. However, we had an unpleasant experience with one receptionist, who was unexpectedly rude for reasons unknown to us. That said, apart from this single incident, the rest of the team was very cooperative. A special shout-out to Subhjinder, who went out of his way to assist us on our checkout day and helped resolve multiple hassles smoothly—his support truly made a difference.
