I had an amazing staycation experience at this hotel. The service quality was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, supportive, and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a great variety and wonderful taste. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! ✨🏨❤️
An exceptional and wonderful hotel that fully deserves a five-star rating.
The stay was extremely comfortable and ideal for getting work done.
The location is strategic and excellent being very close to Naif Souk the waterfront, and business areas.
All essential services and commercial markets whether for business or entertainment are readily available nearby making daily commuting and errands effortless.
The hotel stands out for its high standard of cleanliness organization and attention to detail across the rooms and facilities.
I would especially like to thank ( VIMUKTI ) for his continuous dedication to keeping the room spotless as well as his remarkably polite and professional attitude.
Overall it was an outstanding experience and I highly recommend staying here for both business and leisure trips.
We had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent from start to finish, and everyone was welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Charlene and Ayoub for being so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. They made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel valued as a customer.
We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Keep up the great work, Charlene and Ayoub and the whole team!
I’m staying in 1019 , I love the hotel and my room . I would like to say Thanks to Mr
Venkat, Rajib, Charlaine, and Arian for looking after my stay fantastic.Best room cleaning by housekeeping team. Best and gas check in process and thanks to Sandrine and Turab. Also security rose the girl in lobby were so helpful and best hospitality.
The rooms were spacious, but the air conditioning was not functioning properly and needs improvement. The kitchen area was also quite large, and the water dispenser was particularly impressive. However, the room service was very slow. The breakfast buffet had limited options and could be improved with a more varied menu. On a positive note, the swimming pool was large, clean, and well maintained.
