Andaz By Hyatt Dubai The Palm

We had the most wonderful stay at Andaz The Palm and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The rooms were absolutely impeccable, beautifully presented and maintained to an exceptional standard, while the views were simply gorgeous. The pool facilities and private beach area were stunning, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were unbelievably attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The management was also extremely impressive, and it was clear that a real emphasis is placed on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The food was lovely throughout our stay, and the overall level of service made us feel genuinely well looked after from start to finish. The customer experience was fantastic, and every detail contributed to making our stay so memorable. If there were one small area for improvement, it would be to have a greater variety of options on the à la carte lunch menu, as a wider selection would be a lovely addition, particularly for guests staying for several days. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Andaz The Palm to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with beautiful facilities, outstanding service and a truly welcoming atmosphere. We would absolutely love to return!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Andaz Dubai The Palm, and it was our first time staying here. We were really impressed with the hospitality of the entire hotel team, from the valet and reception to the staff in the corridors, by the pool, and in the restaurants. Everyone greeted us with a big smile and was always ready to help. It really made our stay feel extra special. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our one-bedroom room was spacious and well-equipped with appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher, which was a big plus for us. My only issue was the shower water temperature. It was too hot for my liking, and for the entire 3-day stay, I couldn't figure out how to make it colder. 😅 The infinity pool area was lovely, and the beach was just as nice. I only wish my little daughter had been feeling better so we could have spent more time outdoors, exploring the property and enjoying the views. We also tried all the restaurants and cafes in the hotel, and we enjoyed every one of them. Each has its own strengths, so it's honestly hard to pick a favorite! What made the experience even more memorable was the help we received when checking out. We discovered that my car wouldn't start because of a battery issue, and one of the hotel staff went out of their way to help me find a battery company that could assist. It was such a thoughtful gesture and another example of the excellent hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great stay, and the warm hospitality of the staff definitely made a lasting impression. Given the chance, we'd happily come back for another stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm!

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and everything was wonderful. Our room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dinner offered a great variety, featuring absolutely amazing desserts! The entire hotel staff hosted us with all their heart. We would like to give a special thanks to Chef Maurizio and his dining room team for truly spoiling us. We also thanks Ahmad at the front desk, who always welcomed us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Finally, we appreciate all the staff members who were always ready to help us with anything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel!"

Wonderful! Our stay at Andaz has been outstanding - at every little detail to it. We went with the half board package and both dinner and breakfast were super various, high quality AND different at each days. Both pools are lovely but the outdoor one is even more spectacular at night. We received a super warm welcome by each and every person we’ve met - thank you so much for having us!
