Aloft Dubai South

I would like to thank Mr. Pierre for his efforts as well the office team in Dubai South , Aloft near Airport. They are very kind , pleasant and generous. They made my day with a beautiful surprise as I was engaged to my fiance in my home country , to Aloft Team many thanks with all Love and Respect. Pierre many thanks , Francis as well and all team one by one from Front desk to Chef to office team to restaurant to cleaners many Thanks.

I had a long stay on the hotel unfortunarly, not allowing some People to eat their food in the lobby saying it s gouvernement policy . Is shamful I'm defnietly not recommanding it. It did ruin every thing . Housekeeping tacking 3 weeks to clean the room claiming there is the sign on the door. The pool is almost Close. When you want a change of towels it will take a centry to be done. If you have another option go for it

It was wonderful experience looking for a staycation that was away from the city. The staff are approachable even with we had our breakfast,food was sumptous,and Namely the staff Jemeca was approachable and the rest of the team.i highly recommend.

I’m staying at this hotel and the staff have been very helpful. The room is clean, and Frances at reception always greets you with a smile. Jemeca and Ovini are very quick with service whatever I needed or ordered, they were always helpful and fast. They never asked me for this review, but when I receive great service, I make sure to leave one and ask for names because good work deserves recognition.
