The property is nice, well-organized, and in a very convenient location. However, the first impression of a hotel starts at the reception, and unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist didn't seem very welcoming not even greetings. She simply asked for my name, handed me the room key, and pointed us toward the elevator. I was expecting a warmer welcome, including an introduction to the hotel's amenities and basic information such as the check-out time, the breakfast restaurant, gym, pool, and other facilities available to guests. None of this was mentioned. The interaction felt very impersonal, as if she was just going through the motions. A friendlier and more informative approach would have created a much better first impression. On the other hand, the room service was outstanding, and the housekeeping team was incredibly responsive to our requests throughout our stay. The canteen staff are really accomodating and giving all nessersary help to have our food more presentrable and mostly more comfortable to dine in. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude truly stood out. We really appreciate the excellent service provided by the housekeeping team and the canteen staff. Thank you for making our 3 days and two nights stay more comfortable.
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the entire hotel staff. A very special thank you to the canteen/restaurant staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service with a genuine smile. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made every meal enjoyable and made me feel at home. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work. I celebrated my birthday at Aloft Dubai Creek, and it was such a wonderful experience. I’m so grateful for the complimentary birthday cake they gave me such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The room was super comfy, clean, and cozy, plus we had an amazing view from the window. The stay made my birthday even more special. Thank you to the staff for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended! 🎂✨ The receptionist i forgot to get her name but I think she is from Africa, I wanna give her a big appreciation. She is so accommodating and very nice. 😊
I recently stayed at Aloft by Marriot Dubai Creek and had a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel location is very strategic, especially because it is directly connected to City Centre Deira mall, making it extremely convenient to get anything you need during your stay, from shopping to restaurants and daily necessities. The hotel room was surprisingly spacious, and I was very happy to receive a complimentary upgrade with an amazing city view. From my room, I could clearly see the beautiful creek in front of the hotel and even the iconic Burj Khalifa in the distance. One thing that impressed me the most was the housekeeping service. The cleaning schedule was always very punctual and well organized. A special thank you to HSU, the cleaning lady, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and polite throughout my stay. Since I was working remotely from the hotel room most of the time and constantly on my laptop, she was very considerate and respectful of my space. She always cleaned the room quietly and efficiently without disturbing me at all. The room was kept perfectly clean and tidy every single day, and her professionalism truly made my stay more comfortable and relaxing. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the cheese omelet could be more generous with the cheese. It would be great if the hotel could provide more variety and better breakfast selections in the future. Overall, I still had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for both business and leisure.
