⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really wonderful stay! The hotel is excellent and definitely stands out compared to many other five-star hotels. One of the biggest advantages is the free and spacious parking. A lot of five-star hotels charge extra for parking, so having complimentary parking here is a great benefit. The gym is absolutely amazing! It’s beautiful, spacious, and has a great range of equipment. For anyone who takes their fitness seriously or is a gym rat, this hotel is definitely a great choice. 💪 The room was also excellent, with beautiful interiors, a comfortable setup, and amazing views from the windows. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was a perfect stay from start to finish. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again. 😍 Highly recommended!

I would like to thank the team at Aloft Al Mina for making our stay truly enjoyable. Initially, we had booked our stay at Hilton Garden Inn, but we were not satisfied with the rooms there. As a result, we decided to change our booking and chose Aloft Al Mina instead. This turned out to be a wonderful decision. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the Front Office Supervisor, Shivam. He was extremely professional, calm, and courteous throughout our interaction. He kindly upgraded our room immediately, which we really appreciated. His genuine hospitality and helpful nature made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away, allowing us to enjoy our stay without any concerns. We had booked two rooms, and both were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The next morning, we went for breakfast and were assisted by another staff member, coincidentally also named Shivam. He was equally helpful and attentive. He made sure all our requests were taken care of, especially accommodating special requests for my daughter, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would gladly rate our stay 10 out of 10. However, we would like to share a small suggestion. Near the pool area, when exiting the elevator, there are some advertisement images on the wall (Orange colour wall paint) that appear quite scary, especially for children. We understand that these are part of the bar’s wall design, but it made my daughter uncomfortable, and she was hesitant to return to that area. If possible, you may consider changing the design to something more neutral, such as a simple orange-colored wall or a more family-friendly theme. Aside from this everything else was amazing—especially the pool. We truly enjoyed our time there. We look forward to visiting again. Terrance Camillus.
