I rented two three-bedroom apartments, and the experience was unsatisfactory. The apartments were not cleaned even after requesting it from the management, and only one parking space was provided per apartment with no option for additional parking despite the units having three bedrooms. Basic kitchen appliances such as a kettle were also not provided, and overall cleanliness was below expectations.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming,(Mr.Shahi, Althia, & Asha) and extremely professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my stay was remarkable.The room was very spacious, and very comfortable, neat and clean.The hotel’s facilities were also impressive—especially the pool.
I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

We stayed with family at Al Waleed Holiday Homes for three weeks, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism from the front desk staff, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Throughout our stay, they were always available, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their friendly attitude really stood out and made us feel at home right away.
Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable long stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day, ensuring that everything was fresh and tidy. The attention to detail from the cleanliness to the comfort of the bedding was impressive.
The location of Al Waleed Holiday Homes is also great, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was convenient yet peaceful, perfect for a family stay.
What truly made our experience special was the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always smiling, attentive, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality nowadays, and we deeply appreciated it.
After three weeks, it honestly felt like leaving home when we checked out. I had a very bad experience with the Hotel team. My stay was for 1month(Myself, Dad & Mom) 1-2days after checking in, one of the cleaning staff rang the bell & i was busy with some work & didnt open the door, the next moment he used his access to open my front door & tried coming into my apartment - what kind of security do we have inside the room? Before checking in I clearly asked the team if there is any Security deposit required - & they answered "NO" which later turned into a fight.
Cleaning wise its is good, but when checked in i saw alot of cockroaches around & recently only they came to pesticide.
This is an advice to any person choosing this apartment for a short/long term stay - Take pictures of all the Damages before checking in and keep them until you check out - Because i had a bad experience while checking out - they tried to charge AED 1000/- from me showing some random Damages which as per them is believed to be done by me.
After talking for almost 20mins they reduced the amount to 700/- I still didnt agree to pay them. I asked them if they are so confident that i did those - i need pictures of the flat before I checked In, which they didnt have.
Towards the end they agreed for 500/- after paying the amount I found the video recorded by my friend which clearly showed the damages before I checked In & finally they paid back the 500 they charged.
Please Al waleed team, It is ok to take a Security deposit from the customers - no one is going to stop from providing that. Instead of that you are showing some random damages and trying to charge the customers.
