Extremely disappointing experience at Al Manar Hotel Apartments! My recent stay at Al Manar Hotel Apartments was deeply frustrating. From the moment I checked in, the service was far below basic standards. The room was poorly maintained and lacked cleanliness—the bed linens were stained and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. To make matters worse, there were issues with the air conditioning and hot water pressure. Despite reporting these problems to the front desk multiple times, the staff showed zero urgency and were unhelpful throughout. The photos and amenities advertised online were completely misleading compared to reality. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere for a comfortable stay.

Another thing I appreciated was the location. It was convenient for getting around Dubai, with shops, restaurants, and other useful places nearby. Having these options close to the hotel apartment made daily life much easier, especially when you want to grab something to eat, buy essentials, or explore the surrounding area without spending too much time traveling. The hotel apartment is also a good option for people who prefer having more space and flexibility compared with a standard hotel room. Being able to relax in a larger space and have the feeling of a small home made a big difference for me. Had a wonderful experience staying at Al Manar for two months. The service there is amazing. The housekeeping staff are so polite and keen to offer the best service. Would like to especially appreciate the work, neatness and dedication of Syed Ali in doing his job. Would give his service 10/10.
