Beautiful hotel, check in staff were very helpful as we arrived earlier than originally planned. Bishoy by the pool was very kind and friendly making sure everything was ok and we were being taken care of during our stay. Breakfast is great personal preference with the omelette station as it is cooked fresh in front of you and plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Extra bed added in at no extra charge as we were a family of 3 and only 1 king bed in the room when we walked in, again the lady at check in was very helpful. Although there is building by the pool area it has not affected our stay . Love the fact we have private access to the beach also. Everyone is kind and always has a smile will definitely come back for another stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the Al Habtoor Grand Resort with our family, and it was quite simply the best resort experience we have ever had! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Traveling with three children can sometimes be challenging, but the staff completely blew us away by accommodating us with an early check-in. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of our trip and meant the world to us. Every single meal was a delight. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food that suited the whole family perfectly. The resort grounds and facilities are top-notch. The swimming pool is gorgeous, and the beach is impeccably clean, making it easy to spend hours relaxing by the water. The level of service throughout the entire property is unmatched—truly the best we have ever experienced. They truly made our vacation unforgettable. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a fantastic 5-star family getaway in Dubai, look no further!

Went for dinner at The Underground Pub last night, and honestly, the food was 10000000000000000000/10! 🤩 Everything was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. The vibes were so chill, and Syra, the singer, was incredible. We really enjoyed the live music! The place was clean, the service was great, and everyone was so welcoming. Mohamed, who checked us in, was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable, and Suhana was super fast and attentive with the service. Overall, such a great experience. Definitely one of those places you leave already planning your next visit! ❤️

We had a wonderful family staycation at Al Habtoor Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel staff were extremely kind and generously upgraded our standard room to a huge family room with a partial sea view and views towards Ain Dubai, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special. One of the main attractions for our family was the huge water slide, which was a great experience and especially enjoyed by the children. The entrance lobby is located at an elevated first-floor level and has a very grand and impressive feel. The hotel has a beautiful sense of scale and grandeur as soon as you arrive. The Sports Bar was another highlight of our stay. It had a great atmosphere, with billiards tables and darts, making it a perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. The breakfast was very delicious, and the food at the Sports Bar was excellent. The dynamite shrimp was especially delicious! We also loved the room interiors. The white colour palette gives the rooms a very elegant, clean and luxurious feel. Overall, we had a fantastic family staycation and would like to thank the hotel team for their excellent hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. Definitely a place we would be happy to visit again!
