This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in. Spent 9 nights here and the rooms are incredible. What makes this place even more special is the staff! 100/10. So attentive and always smiling and happy to happy. Shout out to Tanveer and Manoj not forgetting Hosni , thank you for looking after my mother. They are amazing. The team at the reception is also great!! See you in March!
I had an amazing experience at Al Bandar Rotana, and I especially want to thank Abanoub for his outstanding service. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our experience. He made us feel genuinely comfortable and well taken care of, and his positive attitude really stood out. The service was excellent, the hotel was beautiful, and everything was perfect. Abanoub is a great asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate his hospitality. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back again.
Overall, the hotel service was decent and satisfactory. The restaurant food was one of the highlights of my stay — the portions were generous, and the taste was excellent.
The breakfast experience was especially enjoyable, thanks to the great service and hospitality provided by Abanoub, Oniel, and Diane. Their attentiveness and friendly attitude made the dining experience even better.
