This was an amazing find in Dubai Land. The apartment is huge, really spacious, with a well stocked kitchen. The rooms and beds were luxurious, with blackout curtains et al. The breakfast is small but very wholesome, with everyone one might need in a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to refill supplies, provide water and even give extra help like book cabs for us. It's an ideal place for a family, or with small kids. The location is good too. There's a supermarket and restaurants right under the property. Highly recommend.
Very clean and spacious rooms. Pool was also great even for little kids. Room service food was Amazing. The cleaning stuff SOM and THWE where Amazing. Very polite and kind. Overall great time spent.
It’s my first time coming to this Hotel Apartment, a very private place and peaceful, I specially want to say a special thanks to Azad from Bangladesh, amazing personality and very supportive in his endeavor I enjoy my stay here.
I specially mention him because everytime he came to the room he did his cleaning service and always asked if I was okay or needed anything, basic customer service but his humility was what captivated him.

The worst ever experience with booking and hotel. We booked the room in the morning, we were driving from Oman. My youngest daughter, 8 years old, wasn't feeling very well from the beginning of the trip and was very poorly when we arrived at the hotel. We were tired and really wanted to check in, refresh and have some rest. I was desperate to put my daughter to bed so she can feel better and recover.
It turned out the hotel cancelled our booking while we were driving to Dubai as most likely they overbooked on purpose. At the reception we were informed our booking was cancelled, everything is booked and they won’t help us and that we need to contact the third party, the booking was made through.
We needed to leave, very tired, with poorly child to look for another accommodation. And since there were exhibitions and other events going on in Dubai this weekend we had to drive for another few hours around to find something decent and affordable and finally ended up in Sharjah in a scruffy apparthotel literally few minutes before midnight and the very last room available.
Absolutely disgusting customer service from Abidos, no concern and help whatsoever. Bear this in mind if you are travelling with family and small children. You don’t want to arrive like us only to find out your booking is non existent and you might have nowhere to spend the night.
