The tour with Mrs. Renger was first class. She brought the history of the castle, its inhabitants and the exhibits so alive and interesting that everything was very entertaining.

The tour was excellent in depicting history with anecdotes that stick in the memory.TOP! All the objects on display must be placed in a historical context, otherwise you only understand "the surface"!

The tour of The New Green Vault and Residence Castle was fantastic - highly interesting, fascinating, peppered with incredible expertise. The almost 3 hours were around so fast, and we would have liked to see and hear so much more..... we will soon be guests of the Renger agency again!

The tour through the castle was uniquely beautiful. After booking online, everything went smoothly. Mrs. Renger explained the wonderful highlights in the castle with a lot of dedication. A big thank you to the dear colleague. She's there with her body and soul. By the way, she told us some funny anecdotes about August the Strong. The restoration of the important castle over the many years is quite admirable. Very impressed we left the castle and hope that many more visitors can experience this.

Ms. Renger has presented some particularly interesting, beautiful and extraordinary exhibits from the more than 1000 exhibits of the new Green Vault, mostly peppered with funny anecdotes. The further tour of the castle was also an experience. Ms Renger convinced with her incredibly wide-ranging knowledge and attention to detail. We will definitely come back and book the missing building block of the guest tours.

The tour with Dagmar was very informative and interesting. She took us on a journey through time that was deeply fascinating. Dagmar has incredibly detailed background knowledge. The tour far exceeded our expectations.

The tour itself was great. But: we had deliberately booked a tour with a maximum of 15 participants. In fact, there were 25! Hence 2 points deducted.

The tour of the palace and the new green vault exceeded all our expectations. The details that Ms Dagmar R. was able to tell us made the 2.5 hours entertaining and very interesting. She was able to answer questions in detail. The information on how the exhibits were created, the information on restoration techniques, restoration companies and craftsmen's services, as well as short stories about the personalities of the time make us want to go on more themed tours. It's an entrance fee well spent!!! We'll be back.

We were very enthusiastic about the castle tour and the tour of the New Green Vault. Our guide, Ms. Renger, was extremely nice and impressed us with her specialist knowledge. In the Green Vault she showed us the most selected exhibits and treasures and was able to tell a story about each of them about how it was created, the story behind it and also about the incredible values. Also in the castle she made us aware of the respective backgrounds and was able to tell one or two anecdotes about it. An all-round successful tour. You could feel that it was a matter close to her heart to pass on this knowledge to other people. Thank you very much for that, best regards and many more wonderful tours.

There was never a visit on Saturday the 24th at 1:30 p.m., the meeting point was not met, nor was the telephone number. I don't know how to file a claim and get the money back.

Ms. Renger led us through the Frauenkirche, the Residenzschloss and the Zwinger. In addition to lots of information about the sights, Ms. Renger was able to tell us lots of interesting anecdotes. An all-round successful city tour!

One of the best tours we have ever done. Ms. Renger is a very competent guide with extensive knowledge. She was able to answer all of our questions in detail. Without this tour, we would have marveled at the showpieces on display, but would have learned little about the inner workings and production process. Highly recommended!

This tour was a tip from friends. It was overwhelming. It lasted 3 hours and went by so quickly. The tour was super interesting, but not boring. I have rarely had such a knowledgeable guide. It was just great.

Very detailed tour in an impressive setting a real experience with this guide. The Green Vault and the Residence Palace are an absolute must in Dresden.

We had on 23.06.2023 a competent and friendly guide (Mrs Renger) in the kennel and in the residence castle. The tour is only recommended.

Very entertaining and entertaining , yet cultural and historically very informative tour. The special feature of this tour was the fact that it was carried out by a “washable” Dresden woman who represented her hometown Dresden very expertly and authentically.

You could see the enthusiasm with which Mrs. Renger shows YOUR city castle. We were given historical data and recent history in an informative and entertaining way. BTW. I would also support the use of the radio receivers for post-corona times, then you don't have to stand so close to the leaders.

After the wonderful tour of the old town, our second tour with Mrs. Renger. Here, too, Mrs Renger resurrects the old Dresden in an exciting way and creates the connection to the new Dresden. Our guide was spectacular. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. A slim more mature lady with a black braid. She had a way of reporting and telling that she was believed to have experienced these times herself. Uniquely grandiose. Thanks for two hours of entertaining, yet highly informative journey through the past, present and future. This was our most lively tour of a museum to date.

The guided tour of the castle can only be recommended by mam, because this is the only way to clearly identify historical connections.

My wife and I were in Dresden with two children,14/17, shortly before Christmas, and were allowed to take part in a guided tour "Glanzlichter Dresden" with Mrs. Renger in the Dresden castle. Even today, 4 weeks later, this once-in-a-lifetime tour is still having an impact. With incredible passion, amusement and spirit, the three hours with Mrs. Renger were a real highlight in Dresden. The castle tour was very entertaining, informative and interesting.The art treasures and spaces are very impressive. Our castle guide, Dagmar Renger, has made an experience of this tour with her competent knowledge and open nature. It was a good decision to book the tour of the Semperoper separately, so we could fully enjoy this great tour in the castle.

The 2-1/2 hour guided tour of the impressively restored rooms flew by. This is not least due to the absolutely expert yet loosely humorous Ms. Renger, who knows how to structure the wealth of impressions in such a way that you never lose the common thread. I studied in Dresden in the seventies. I have visited the art treasures of the Green Vault frequently in the last 5 decades with and without a tour. Today's presentation of the art treasures and the largely restored residence castle is extraordinary. The tour was led by an elderly woman who has unusually much detailed knowledge of the technique, production and history of the art treasures, as well as the reconstruction of the castle. She made the tour very interesting, focused on the special things. I've learned a lot of new things from things I know. It was by far the best tour I experienced in Dresden.

Highly recommended, the woman has hunch and a high entertainment value. Time passed quickly and days later I remember looking fondly. I'd be happy to.

I really liked the tour. so many small details would not have been noticed without a tour. Very interesting and well explained. Wow I am thrilled !!!
