I feel so lucky to get to experience this beautiful property and the fabulous staff running it! Last night I was upgraded to Hotel Suitess from an Aparthotel booking (their sister property) after a long travel day on the hottest day of the year due to a later than expected check-in time. I was so delighted by the room and the service of everyone at the desk last night that I decided to extend my stay for two additional days (4 nights total). Unfortunately, Hotel Suitess was not able to accommodate my extension, so I booked the next two nights at the original Aparthotel property. When I went down to the desk at 10pm this evening to ask about luggage storage in between check out here and check in there, Laura not only offered me an extra hour late check out tomorrow, she also put a note in my Aparthotel booking for tomorrow to see if they can accommodate an earlier than 3pm checkin. I would have loved to stay the additional nights at Hotel Suitess, but ultimately I’m grateful to Laura for helping make my transition easier tomorrow. Addendum: I’m so bad with remembering names, I hope it was Laura! Thank you, regardless, for your support and amazing service!

We stayed in a room overlooking the church, right in the heart of the city. It was a truly atmospheric experience, especially in the early morning or late at night, when the sound of the bell echoed through the quiet. A beautiful, calming sound. The room was clean, the bed was super warm and soft, we couldn’t get up in the morning for breakfast because of really comfy bed., by the way. Breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety to choose from, something for every taste. Special thanks to Natalia at the reception she was incredibly kind and helpful, and made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a lovely stay. Peaceful, cozy, would definitely come back.
