Romantik Hotel Burgkeller & Residenz Kerstinghaus

This is our second stay at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Obviously location is amazing and the buildings themselves historical; bedrooms are large and immaculate; staff are super friendly (especially the reception staff); food lovely with generous portions; but most of all it's the little details and touches that made our stay.

super Hotel! Outstanding rooms (take those with view to city and river. They are worth it!) Fantastic service. Restaurant location (with view and terrace) is amazing - but food choice is too limited, and too heavily meat-based. More vegetables please! More fish please.

Didn't actually stay here but did visit the hotel prior to visiting the Dom. The staff were absolutely and welcoming and the coffee was great. As a visitor to the hotel it was a lovely experience and I can only assume that people staying there enjoy it even more. Thank you for your delightful kitchen and service staff

Amazing stay at the Burgkeller! They kindly organised everything for a birthday dinner, including lemon pie the night of with a candle and a birthday cake we bought to take away. Food was great for the included breakfast with unlimited Sekt (sparkling wine). Incredible view from the terrace/beer garden and very comfortable room with air conditioning. The staff also organised for a last-minute doctor’s visit which we were very grateful for. Service was excellent. One small comment is if they can do anything to control the wasps that are quite active on the terrace. Anything they can do to control this would be appreciated given that some folks are allergic to stings. Many thanks to the management and hotel staff! 5 stars.
