An excellent hotel, conveniently located near the train station and the old town. The rooms are clean and spacious, the air conditioning works, and the breakfast buffet is very varied.

Very comfortable hotel, in a good location, about 10min from Zwinger and Opera House. If necessary, a large shopping centre near the hotel. The place is also well connected, the main station and the tram line. Rooms clean, well equipped - a small minus for a poorly vented sewerage. Breakfast very good, great choice. You have to take into account a lot of people, because the hotel itself is also large.
I am writing this review to warn others about the dishonest and unprofessional practices at this hotel. When I checked in, I specifically asked the front desk clerk for the breakfast-inclusive rate. She explicitly told me that the price was 83 euros without breakfast and 95 euros with breakfast. I chose the 95-euro option and paid for it. The following morning, when I went to have breakfast, I was told that my stay did not include the meal. When I returned to the front desk to resolve this, the employee who checked me in was nowhere to be found. The other staff members on duty refused to look into the matter, denied that this conversation ever took place, and—most absurdly—refused to even provide the name of the clerk I had spoken to, claiming they could not disclose it. Essentially, I was overcharged for a service that was flatly denied to me, and the management made zero effort to fix the mistake. This is a clear case of bait-and-switch. Do not expect honesty or decent customer service here. Save your money and stay somewhere where the staff operates with integrity.
The room was quite small, half of it taken by shower, bu everything was well cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing.
I can only say that it was a very good experience. It is an excellent, newly renovated hotel with pleasant rooms and a good breakfast, located very close to the train station on a shopping street lined with shops and cafes. Despite the location, the street is quiet and peaceful at night. It is a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. I sincerely recommend it. Admittedly, the glass bathroom door and the shower situated in the middle of the room might seem unusual to some, but this didn't cause us any issues.
