Nice hotel with excellent breakfast. When we got there, the receptionist said the room will be ready in about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we still didn't get the room. When I went to another receptionist he said he can find my name in the system. The first receptionist gave him the details and he gave us a different room (unfortunately, no city view).
Room was nice and clean. The pressure of the water in the shower was a bit low.
Parking instructions were very clear when we entered. Please add a note regarding the exit, as it's not obvious exit is at level -2 (the person who parked next to us went the wrong way and we got stuck when trying to get out as he tried to drive back).
This is a great hotel in a fabulous location in Dresden. We got a room with a beautiful view over the Altmarktplatz, we opened the curtains and it really took our breath away. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was excellent. My only slight problem with the room was that the A/C wasn't working super well - it was cool in Dresden, so it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Excellent hotel in a perfect location! We had a fantastic room with a stunning view of both the Kreuzkirche and Altmarkt square. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Friendly staff, great service, and an ideal base for exploring Dresden. We’d happily stay here again!
As a business traveller I can say that this hotel is by far one of the best city hotels I have stayed in. The staff is second to none,so professional and attentive.From the reception, porters, restaurant to management. They work together like a well oiled machine even in unusual circumstances. Location is fantastic,best in Dresden ,right in the center yet quiet and peacful at night. Everything you need is right there.
Great location for this excellent quality hotel. You can easily walk to all the main tourist attractions if you’re there for under 3 days. Great pastry coffee shop a few steps from the front door. Wonderful restaurants in 5-15 minutes walking. Large rooms.
