The room was big and spacious but I was amazed that the facilities were poor than in previous 4* hotels that we were. There was no hair conditioner and no body lotion, there was a free minibar but with beverages that we dont drink, we asked for cola zero and they once put 2 small bottles (we stayed 3 nights). There is no water machine in the hotel. Breakfast also had less variation than in 4* hotels and not as expected for a 5* hotel!! The receptionist in the check out was very unpleasent!! The location is perfect!!

Great location. Quiet, comfortable room. Can't comment on breakfast, we didn't partake. Enjoyed having complimentary chilled drinks and a Nespresso machine! Hotel a bit corporate, but very nice and well kitted out. We found a deal on multiple nights so felt good value for money.

Fantastic location ! The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was delightful to interact with. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Dresden. I felt extremely safe as a solo traveler. The spa was also wonderful.

The hotel is highly recommended, the rooms are exceptionally large and the very high ceilings further enhance the feeling of space. The breakfast is excellent, the bread is high quality and the large selection left nothing to be desired. The only criticism has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the fact that the church bells in the immediate vicinity ring (briefly) every 15 minutes throughout the night to announce the time or for whatever reason is simply annoying and means that, despite the quiet courtyard location, you have to keep the windows closed all night. Unfortunately, this means you don't wake up feeling very well rested in the morning. I can only hope that the nightly ringing of the bells is limited to the period before/around Christmas. ...
