Amazing hotel all around. Great rooms and facilities. Amazing sauna on the top floor. We also had an issue with the AC in the room, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to find a solution - we were very pleased by the hospitality

Amazing Spa experience!! What an incredible experience. After a long day of hiking, this spa was exactly what we needed. The facilities are absolutely immaculate, with multiple sauna options including both wet and dry saunas, each thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained. The relaxation areas are beautiful, peaceful, and offer stunning views that make it easy to completely unwind. The pool was fantastic, and the entire atmosphere throughout the spa felt calm, luxurious, and welcoming. The highlight for us was the massage treatment—exactly what our tired muscles needed and delivered with exceptional care and professionalism. What surprised us most was the value. The price is incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the facilities, the variety of amenities, and the overall experience. This is one of the best spa experiences we’ve had and we would happily return again and again. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel. - Very friendly staff. - Check-In-process could use an update, takes 5-10 minutes. - Dinner in the restaurant had a long waiting time from order to meal (60+ minutes), meal was fine though. - Parking in the hotel-garage is a must, very limited spots outside. - ironing service takes 24h, plan ahead - room had 2 bottles of water, an empty fridge, no ironing board, 2 sets of bathing robe+slippers - bathroom had enough towels, shower gel, a soap and some small testers of shampoo, cremes etc. - strictly no pets allowed - breakfast buffet was good, typical selection + a on-demand-omelette service

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, breakfast & happy hour was amazing, we walked in the National park from the hotel for 2 days and had a lovely spa / swim / sauna / massage at the hotel. I wished we booked another night! I preferred the hotel facilities to to Toscana but both were welcome after long days hiking.
