Looking for best wellness, hotel and restaurants (4) under one roof? Stop looking. We became regular guests and despite of the 800 km travel distance, it's definitely worth it.

Outstanding hotel and spa, the best I’ve found for couples in Germany. I visited in 2016 and it remains as beautiful today - with the addition of an exciting new “sustainable” wing featuring the country’s largest sky pool! Food is exceptional but pricey, with several different restaurants including one with a Michelin star. I ate in the WeberStube restaurant and was delighted with my meal. Family run, it’s good to meet the next generation who are working in the hotel.

Truly a hidden gem in the state of Saxony, it is much more than just a luxurious refuge. Excellent service, in combination with excellent restaurants, and (most importantly) a spa who will literally make you feel like you’re in a ancient Roman bath; this premise offers much more than just a plain 4 Star Hotel. 10/10 would, and will go again.

The stay was fine, the SPA very nice. We had dinner at the Italian Restaurant Al Forno, food was good but very expensive. At the end we were offered to have a Grappa, I looked in the menu before and the most expensive one was 10 Euro for 2cl. The waiter offered us 3 different kinds and we both (me and my friend) tried one of them (2cl), as we get the bill I was in shock because they charged us 21 and 22 Euro for the 2cl Grappas we had, What a rip off!!! He should have told us these are not the ones we have on the menu... That is not acceptable. Also we had a drink after at the bar and the barkeeper was gone before we finished the drinks... I don't think that is the right way to make money!!
