Very unfriendly staff at reception. Requested cleaning service several times but none was provided (you have to request the cleaning service in the first place) breakfast is decent and the service staff at the bar and restaurant are friendly and helpful. The only good thing there in fact. Way below the expected 4 star hotel experience and the prices are very high for what’s on offer.
Big and clean rooms. Service is ok. Great food selection in the breakfast buffet
My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Dresden was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean, spacious, and super comfy, perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was incredible, with so many fresh and delicious choices. The location was spot-on easy access to food streets, Pahrmacy and city. Simply nice and quiet. Seriously, the service, facilities, and vibe made it an unforgettable experience! ✨🏨🍳 #Stay #Rooms #Breakfast #Location #Service #Facilities #Atmosphere #Experience
The laundry room is a bonus. It is located in Best Western which is right next door. The front desk of Courtyard gave us a card to access the laundry room located in the basement of Best Western. There are two washing machines and two dryers, both on the smaller end. the detergent is preloaded in the washer. In the laundry room, there is instruction on how to use the WeWash app to book a machine and pay. I went on a weekday afternoon and all machines were available. The room and machines were clean. The only reason I took one star off is the price: 5 euro for washing and 4 euro for drying, a bit pricier than the laundromats around the city.
I was here with my husband while on businesses trip so I spent a lot of time in the hotel. Overall good. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a good job. Spent a few nights at the in house bar/restaurant because we were too tired to go out. One particular bartender ( Napsi) was the friendliest person here. She was professional and was a great young lady.
