The hotel is great, location wise, close to the water. The tram station is in front of the hotel, very good. The best is the people who work at the breakfast shift. Manu welcomes guests like family. That's lovely and out of the ordinary. Well done.
The hotel offers good value for money. The rooms are spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable stay. The service at reception on the other hand wasn’t that impressive. When I reported that there was no hot water in my shower, I was essentially asked that since I was checking out that day, if was really worth addressing the issue. A more customer-focused response would have been appreciated. Overall, a decent hotel with very good rooms and amenities.
I have been in many Hotels in Dresden, AROTEL is among the best. The reception staffs are very welcome and professional. The room is well designed, clean and comfortable. The lobby is also designed very well and cozy. The only not-satisfying point is the breakfast, the variety and quality is moderate.
Modern hotel in a newer part of the city, everything looks clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with very comfortable beds. Slightly outside the city center, but the quieter surroundings are a plus. Staff is professional and friendly.
Nice clean modern hotel located near to the Elbe river in the heart of Dresden. Underground car park plus parking outside for vehicles that don't fit in the 2 metre high garage, the cost of parking was 18€ a night. Breakfast was ok but expensive at 22€ each. I don't like waiting to give my room number for breakfast, and here we wsoted a couple of minutes.
