The guide was wonderful as were the wines. The guide made the group who didn't know each other feel relaxed and welcome. A wonderful experience!

Vinny was a phenomenal tour guide of their beautiful vineyard, winery and overall experience was top notch. Vinny was incredibly knowledgeable and awesome to answer any questions the group had.

Tour of the winery with active wine making going on. After the tour you sit with others around a large table and the winery tour guide describes each wine as you taste. This tour included 2 whites and 3 reds with some bread and olive oil. Some of the other people on the tour had a porto tasting. Not sure how they got that. Note that there are stairs.

Excellent, great, brill, ace.... cant think of any more superlatives! Jose our guide ( forgive if name not correct) was amazing and very knowledgable. We had our doubts about visiting a "smaller" winery but we were blown away by this tour.... have no doubts this experience is excellent and well worth doing! Oh, and the wines 🍷🥂 of course are delicious 😄👍

The guide (Ines) was amazing we had so much fun, laughter and learnt so much about the wines. Our surprise was really good, but shame it felt too rushed, an hour and half is 100% not enough time for the 5 wines and learning about the wines. I really hope they extend by at least 30 more mins. Even though jokingly we were told we would be in and AC room but sadly it wasn’t on😢.

Even in the heat we had a great time. It was awesome to see the huge barrels where the wine was stored and hear the process. We also got to see the workers processing the grapes. The best port was our guide Ines (I hope I get the spelling correct). Along with knowing everything about the wine and answering questions she was such a joy to be around and made our experience that much better. Would for sure recommend

Lovely, intimate wine tasting experience, FAR better than the port tasting we did later in our trip at a giant big-name place where we were one group among many in a very noisy, large hall . Quinta da Foz felt special and unique, vs. big and generic. They are a much smaller boutique winery, and still do the traditional foot-mashing of the grapes! Good wines and we enjoyed the tasting experience. Gorgeous winery location with a great view of the Douro river valley.

We went with a tour guide company and this was our fire stop! The wine was great as well as the view!!!

We loved it! Very informative tour, friendly staff, beautiful space and great wine tasting. We highly recommend. But I think the most importantly that the land and it’s views are incredible!

Great wine tasting the Reserva was excellent

We were late but the staff helped us quickly get joined up with our group. Myself and my husband tasted while they allowed my 2 year old to sit on the floor and play with her toys. The guide was chatty & witty. We spent a bit of time going around the room to introduce ourselves, but in the end that created a very friendly atmosphere where we really got to know our fellow travelers. He created a welcoming atmosphere. Wines were great!!

We visited as a stop on a Douro wine tour. Joana was an incredible guide, so friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend adding Quinta de Foz to your list of places to visit in Douro!
