Roy and team were amazing! Prompt pick up on our arrival at the airport with clear communication and someone to help you as you exit the arrivals area. Spacious, clean vehicles and knowledgeable, helpful information from Roy en route to the hotel. We organised a day tour to Mombasa through Roy and even though he wasn't available personally, he ensured we were taken care of by his team whom again were timeous and communicated pick up. We then arranged pick up from our hotel at the end of our stay to be taken to the airport and yet again a seamless experience. Fantastic customer service with the nicest, most knowledgeable guys. Would recommend Roy and his team to absolutely anyone traveling to Diani beach and looking for someone reliable and that you can feel safe with

Amazing experience dealing with Roy. We had 2 airport transfers and also an excursion. Upon arrival into Mombasa our driver Simon was waiting for us with a sign. Very professional service and he took us to Diani. He was very knowledgeable about the area and also gave us many suggestions. Our return trip to the airport was with Chris and he was also very punctual and got us to the airport safe and sound. After coming off 5 days of safaris in Nairobi we wanted a relaxing break and asked Roy to arrange a day out for us. This consisted of the giraffe sanctuary and a tour around old town in Mombasa. Excellent service throughout and we even got a tour of a woodworking factory where they make ornaments and animals. We purchased loads at a wholesale price from the shop at the factory. Overall exceptional service from Roy and his team.

We had an excellent experience with Dian Magical Tours and Transfers. They organized our airport transfer to the hotel and a one-day safari to Tsavo East, and everything was perfectly arranged. We had two different drivers and both were very friendly, professional and always on time. During the safari we saw many amazing animals and felt very well taken care of the whole day. We had Newton as our driver for almost two weeks during our stay in Kenya, covering all our transfers from Mombasa Airport to Diani Beach, Diani Beach to the train station, from the train station to Sarova Whitesands, and finally from Whitesands back to the airport. We honestly could not have asked for a better driver. Newton is professional, and respectful. He never pushes conversation and is perfectly comfortable with silence unless you initiate a chat, which is something we really appreciated. At the same time, he is attentive to your needs and happy to share local insights when youre interested. After long flights, security checks, and arriving tired and overheated, stepping into a car with strong air conditioning was a huge relief. For us this made a big difference! Newton was always punctual, usually arriving 10–30 minutes before the agreed pickup time. He drove calmly and safely, which we really valued given how hectic traffic in Kenya can be. He was also flexible with payments and transfers, offering to arrange rides directly instead of going through online taxi services each time, this made everything smoother and more personal. He always helped with luggage and made sure everything was handled without stress. Because of this experience, we chose to book Newton for our entire trip and all transfers. We had a great and safe drive with a cheerful driver Mr. Newton who ensured our needs were met and we managed to be in Arabuko sokoke forest on time despite the long drive from Diani. The car was comfy and in good condition enabling us to maneuver through the forest. Thanks to Diani Magical.

Our last minute Boxing day plan to see Dolphins and snorkelling at the #Kisite mpunguti Marine National Park & Reserve ( furthest island on Kenyan coastline). Private boat ( vs Sharing ) Half day tour 7:30am - 12noon without lunch ( our choice ) turned out to be a memorable experience! Thanks to Roy and his team ( Newton, Balehi ( sorry for spelling) ,Jamal & Omar ) on the ground and at sea :) at Diani Magical Tours! They made it a seamless, enjoyable and experience despite the crowds at the Marine park and especially for me a beginner in snorkelling they made it safe. We saw the dolphins and snorkelled - thank you Diani Magical Tours ! - [ ] professionalism from first point of contact - all fees explained for shared or private grouping with regards to transfer fees, boat hire and park ticket and or lunch. There was clarity about what was included or excluded. - [ ] promptness (especially as it was almost end of business hours on Christmas Day 25th for the next day 26th Boxing day - [ ] Supplying the snorkeling mask, life jackets and flippers at a fee upon request ) - [ ] Exemplifying due care, diligence and safety ( I am still learning to snorkel and swim :) enabled me to enjoy the experience altogether. Travel tip - expect crowds at the kws marine park - use toilet before arrival and come changed atleast into swimming gear ( avoid the toilet ques - be prepared to hire flippers and /or carry your - we preferred to carry a snack skip lunch and head back earlier.

I received a free taxi ride through booking.com and the trip was assigned to Diani Magical Tours. We were greeted with a friendly smile by Newton who was extremely happy and informative. We mentioned exploring the city ourselves the next day but he really suggested we get a guide. After some thought, we decided to book a last minute city tour (12 hours in advance 😅) with Diani Magical Tours. Newton was again assigned as our driver and Godfrey was assigned as our tour guide. We had the most amazing day ever with them and feel we made friends for life. They were such a joy to be around and each request we had was met with a “yes” and a smile. They were such a memorable part of our stay in Mombasa. I would highly recommend them looking for experiences or transport in Mombasa! You will absolutely not regret it.

We had Newton pick us up from the airport and he suggested we do a guided tour of the city so the next day we did. With Godfrey as our guide and Newton our driver we explored Mombasa hitting all the great spots in comfort and safety. Godfrey was very informative and helpful. Newton drive us safely.
