This hotel is a solid option, as long as expectations are appropriately set. There is no way this is a four-star hotel. Pros: The location is convenient, service is attentive and friendly, the breakfast offering were ample though nothing special, and there is a large patio with a nice view. My room - Double with a Sea View - had a large bathroom with a heated floor. Cons: The "sea view" was almost entirely obstructed by the metal roof of the hotel patio/restaurant. Walls were a bit thin (this is common in older buildings, so I don't fault the hotel for this, but it is something for other travelers to be aware of), and the AC was especially noisy.

Fantastic views. Decent bar and food. Room is small of course as you would expect. AC worked but a bit old and noisy but not bad. Bathroom didn’t seem to vent well
A gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was great, very comfy bed and a gorgeous view out over the mountains. The breakfast brunch is delicious and they do a great happy hour in the evenings! Definitely a great place to stay whilst in Delphi
Not sure about the "boutique" part. Hotel is a little worn and could use a facelift. But, the staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay pleasent. We especially appreciated them making us a couple of boxes wiith enough food for breakfast and lunch during our early morning bus ride.
We honestly cannot understand the positive reviews or the four‑star rating. We had booked the most affordable room category, and while the higher‑priced rooms may well meet four‑star standards, ours certainly did not. Our room — like many areas of the hotel — was sparsely furnished, and numerous repairs appeared to have been done very poorly. The bathroom was far from four‑star standard: exposed fittings, a shower that was far too small, and mold behind the toilet. We also heard a constant, quiet but unmistakable noise throughout the night, making sleep impossible without earplugs. We were on the lowest floor, so it may have come from pipes or the heating system, but it was still extremely disruptive. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were far too thick. Breakfast was good but average for a continental breakfast and did not make up for the disappointment with the room. The service, however, was friendly and reliable.
