Great location front dead sea view. Chech in for us was fast on arrival. Dinning room a bit crowded and inconvenient to get food, noisy. Great pool and spa and the ocean front. Towel service needs policy review.

There is nothing very bad to say. The rooms were great, service was responsive, and the view made me cry of nostalgia in front of my wife. While there were minor inconveniences that keep me from reviewing this with 5 stars, nothing that was bad enough to the point where the trip, or even the night, was ruined. If you don't come with extreme expectations, you won't be disappointed.
Beautiful hotel right on the beach making the location spectacular. The service was wonderful as the staff were super friendly. Once, I had a small issue and one of the staff members wasnt so great with helping but when I turned to someone else they tried helping me to the best of their ability and making sure I was satisfied. The food was great and plentiful. The pool was a big highlight and with all the amenities we didn't feel the need to find attractions to go to elsewhere. This was a great pick!
My husband and I stayed one night at the Vert. We booked a room without a balcony and the staff was very accommodating to switch us to a new room with a balcony. Front desk staff even gave us free drink vouchers while we waited for our new room. Dinner and breakfast were sufficient although not the finest we’ve had in Israel. The pool area is huge and perfectly located to access the Dead Sea. As a large hotel they could do a few things to accommodate their adult guests. For example, the large dining room could be separated between families and adults-only. Children were running around the dining room and it’s very dangerous especially for elderly guests. Also the noise level does not allow for a romantic getaway. The hallways by the guest rooms were very loud with children running about and yelling until midnight. Since the hotel is so large I would advise adults-only floors available for those that want a quieter vacation. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay another night but they were full!
We originally booked a 1 night stay but liked it so much we added a 2nd night on. Everyone at the hotel were very, very pleasant and nice. The room was spotless at check in, and we loved the view from the balcony. We had breakfast and dinner there, and thought the buffets had really great options. It was very convenient to go out the door and be on the beach. The only drawback is the very limited parking on-site (which we had read about). There is paid parking on the street out front, but there is also a free lot that they will lead you over to where you can leave your car & they will bring you back to the hotel. But honestly it is do close, you can walk. It would be more helpful to have those directions on the paper they hand out at check in, or on the pre-registration email that you receive. But honestly, we loved the hotel and will definitely stay again the next time we come. They are doing construction on the spa, but it never bothered us during our stay.
