3 Days Ngorongoro & Serengeti Fly In Safari

We spent 12 days in Kenya and Tanzania which was led by Le Kobe and supported by their Kenyan partner Native Afrikan Voyages and it was an excellent and smooth trip. What stood out for us were their guides who had outstanding knowledge which they were passionate to share, their skills - safe driving and totally respectful of the animals and their ability to read the animals behaviour, allowing us to witness spectacular scenes like a cheetah chase and kill. They were also efficient, warm and kind, making us feel at home and on safari with a friend. And we could see that they really were prioritising us being able to see what we were interested in. Stephen Kisenga in Masai Mara and Gabriel who was our guide in Serengeti and Ngorongoro stood out for their deep knowledge and professionalism. Ali our guide in Stone Town was also impressive, giving us fascinating details of Stone Town’s varied history. We also benchmarked with a few operators and found them most competitive. We were very keen to go with a local operator but we were slightly concerned on reliability as we didn’t know any of the companies. We decided to go with Le Kobe as a friend went with them so we knew they were reliable. We were going for higher end places and were flying between camps as it was a special occasion and we found that it was great value for money to use a reliable local operator and use various different high end accommodations like &Beyond/Asilia etc rather than use the brand themselves (e.g. &Beyond) as you get to choose a variety of accommodations brands while still going with a local company. We stayed at Tawi Lodge, &Beyond Bateleur Camp, &Beyond Serengeti Under Canvas, Melia Ngorongoro and Tulia Zanzibar and Le Kobe arranged everything flawlessly per our requests. If you are looking for a company who can coordinate both countries that you can trust, I can highly recommend them.

Our guide was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took us to Ngorongoro Crater. We were extremely lucky to spot three rare black rhinos here — I heard there are only around 30 to 40 left in this area. Right after we entered the park, we also saw a leopard feasting on its prey up in a tree. We got a really close view of this amazing scene. It has been an absolutely fantastic day and an unforgettable trip!

We had the absolute pleasure of traveling with Lekobe for our Tanzania safari, and the entire experience truly exceeded our expectations. Mathayo was very professional and helpful in all the planning of our 3 night/4 day safari. Philippo our guide was very welcoming from the he picked us up from the airport and on all of our game drives. We saw all the big five animals we were hoping for and more. Thanks!

Our best ever experience! Lekobe was very responsive and helpful customizing the trip to fit us. The guide Philipo overdelivered in every part of the trip, and we had such a great time. And we spotted all the animals we wanted, and more, including the big 5. We are already looking forward to coming back to Tanzania for another safari with Philipo and Lekobe.

To start with the communication and effort undertaken by Elvis to provide us with the perfect tour was exemplary and filled me with complete confidence. Our safari involved being picked up at our hotel in Zanzibar helped to find the correct desk at the airport by an excellent driver and then flown to the Serengeti where we met our superb and informative guide Efraem. He skilfully drove us around the Serengeti, Ngororongo and Tarangire national parks where we came up close and personal with all the creatures of the parks. It was incredible and completely unforgettable. Efraem totally looked after us and gave us the experience of a lifetime. All the accommodations we stayed in were top notch but we especially loved the night under canvas in the Serengeti, awesome. Elvis and Efraem thankyou so much.

Efriam was a great tour guide! we took many pictures and the trip was awesome The food was also great to and i would go again for sure!

Philip was an amazing guide who was very knowledgeable about the area. He also is a great guitarist and was very fun to hang out with on our evenings! Trip of a lifetime and very accommodating.

I am not even sure I can properly put into words just how incredible our experience with LeKobe Adventures & Safaris was! To start from the beginning, I heard back almost immediately after inquiring. The communication was clear and quick. Simon helped to set us up with a 3-day Safari itinerary all on an incredibly detailed PDF with pictures. He also drove all the way to the other side of the island to meet us and go over the details the day prior to departing. They booked all the travel and flights. Everything was so smooth. We got picked up at 5am, had 8am flight from Zanzibar and eventually land on the airstrip right in Serengeti which was VERY COOL in itself. Zero issues. Now to my favorite, ALFRED!! Oh my god, we absolutely adored our guide, Alfred :) Top notch human-being. He was so calm and down to earth and absolutely brilliant! It seemed he had unlimited knowledge and passion for the land and wildlife. Not to mention, his incredible driving skills and binocular-eyes for spotting creatures! I honestly had no idea it was the start of the Great Migration when we were there and WOW. The sheer volume of wildlife we encountered was surreal. Literally tens of thousands of Wildebeests, Zebras, various Antelope and Birds, Giraffes, Buffalo, Elephants, Hyenas, Cheetahs, Baboons, Monkeys, Rhinos, Hippos, Tree Hyrax and so many more. We saw at least 40 lions on Day 1. A highlight was finding pride of lounging lions with eight cubs that all lined up for us on (pride) rock lol for pictures. I just know Alfred set this up for us ;) The lodges (Moyo Tented Camp + Ngorongoro Safari Lodge) were so cool. We received the most warm welcome at the Moyo Camp. The meals were all delicious! The flavors! I am drooling just remembering them. I would most definitely recommend trying the Serengeti wines - yum! I also got an incredible massage from my girl, Mary at the Ngorongoro Safari Lodge x magic hands. This was my second safari (I had done Kruger before) but it was my friends first, and I just have to say that the entire experience exceeded all expectations. LeKobe went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and I can confirm, we most certaintly did just that. For my 40 birthday I booked the 3 day safari to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, this was one of the most wonderful experiences I had a chance to experience. From start to finish each and every one I dealt with was extremely professionals. My Guide Japhet was everything and more I could ask for in a guide his ability to spot the Big 5 from a mile away is Amazing, on our second day we say a leopard in the tree with its kill was the highlight of my trip and that same day Japhet spot Two more leopard. He is very knowledgeable was able to answer each and every question we ask with detail information, also takes amazing photos.

We can't say enough to express how satisfied are with hiring Le Kobe to do our safari adventures it was a amazing experience all around from the first interaction, their attention to detail. We stayed in Zanzibar and the representative came and meet with us the day before to give us all the details from airport transportation from our hotel to airport in Zanzibar then Arusha then on to to airport in the Serengety. We chose Le Kobe for our Safari, for a 5 day fly in tour, and it was a VERY good decision. We got great service and maximum flexibility from the moment we connected with them, planning the perfect route for us, with a child, that was also rich with animals acording to the season. Most importantly we got Earnest as our Safari. A lovely, gentle and kind person. Went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable and treated our daughter so lovely. He was diligent and helped us reach the most amazing animal encounters, and was knowledgeable and informative.

The views were amazing; the animals were abundant; the hotels were fantastic; the food was delicious, the people were welcoming, all in all, the experience was worth every penny I spent, I can not find one tiny thing to complain. Safari of a life time , We had an outstanding 3 days with our guide James through Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Mr.James was highly knowledgeable, very professional, the best driver of Tanzania and simply fun to be around. Finding animals and navigating the roads under rain is not easy, and we saw more animals we had ever thought was possible including from close by. And we learned a lot about the animals, the parks, country, culture and language. Can't recommend enough! Just a few things for future travelers and the company to be aware is : -travelers should know that they will be traveling on bumpy roads. Women should wear sports bras. -all travelers should be aware of suggested packing list -all travelers should know the climate in Tanzania is hot so be prepared or briefed before since most people are not used to the humid weather. Other wise it was the best safari of our life.

It was one of the best experiences of my life. Everything was perfectly organized, our guide was very experienced and the chef cooked delicious food for us every day. I highly recommend this activity!

Highly organised, responsive company with good vehicles and excellent guides. Our trip with Le Kobe Adventures & safaris was well organised from the start with Elvis providing multiple trip options and pricing. We had booked a balloon safari and when it was apparent that the migration had taken animals south from Central Serengeti to Ndutu, Elvis was able to accommodate a shift south for our trip which was tremendous over the large herds of animals. Our guide Oscar was extremely knowledgeable and had a tremendous ability to see animals. As well, he had an intuition where he often parked the vehicle away from others and allowed the animals to come to us. We had a number of close encounters where we were ultimately in the front row as a result of this strategy. Oscar was completely responsive to how we wanted our day to go (start very early or finish very late) and was totally focused on making sure we had a great trip.

We did a short safari with Le Kobe Adventures & Safaris for three days two nights and it couldn’t have went any better. It was top class from moment of contact to completion. Everything was arranged perfectly by Elvis who we could always contact quickly to respond. Transfers and flights went seamlessly and anyone we came into contact with was exceptional. Huge shoutout to Jessica who brought us from the airport to our guide in Arusha. She was one of the nicest people we have ever met and we loved our time with her. Our Safari was brilliant we saw everything we wanted to see, our ride was perfect, the packed lunch and breakfast was perfect and the accommodation was fantastic. The highlight of the trip was our guide Ibra. He was knowledgeable it was unbelievable and he had a genuine care for the animals that didn’t seem to be shared by all guides. He was also a very safe driver who safely navigated us through some treacherous driving. We saw some very dangerous driving by other guides so we were very happy that we had him and felt so safe which was the most important thing. Asante Le Kobe Adventures & Safaris team!

Fantastic experience with Super professional service! We love snorkeling with my husband and have been impressed with the great snorkeling arranged by Lekobe Adventure and the amazing service we received. Elvis, our agent was absolutely Star and Super professional with timing, communication, confirmation, transport and service!

It was amazing! The pick was perfect on time! In the car was wifi and water for us :). We had an amazing day, snorkelling was very beautiful and the guide was also very nice! We sang some songs in the end en all enjoyed some delicious food! I definitely recommend this trip!!!

This was my second time in Moshi for Business ,and as usually i had some free time in my last days, so i opted for kayaking with Kobe adventures since i had nice time with them last time in June .So far i wasn't disappointed the tour was well organized ,we had a short hike on top overlooking Kenya and Tanzania separated by the Lake ,then we descended all the way down where the guide gave us life jackets and the gears .Then we were all set for Kayaking. It was a beautiful experience and am truly grateful for the team at Kobe adventures for them accommodating my pals .Am so thankful and wish to comeback for another adventure
