I loved having a kitchenette so we could cook some meals. The room is clean and comfortable. We were able to use MGM pools and each tower had a pool.

Tl;dr Great place to stay, distance is a bit for walking but super peaceful. Super comfy rooms to come back to after a night on the strip. Room had jetted tub, awesome for tired feet after a 20k step day. Stove and amenities let you cook in room and save sone change. Walking back to mgm grand however is about 10 mins using their sky bridge but gives access to monorail and lazy river from where you get in. Tower one closer to pools but also events outside so may be a little more noisy. Video from strip view side during the 4th!
Don't believe that you really have FREE valley parking! It gets full before the day even starts. They'll give you a voucher that doesn't even work to park at MGM Grand and then you have to take a 20 minute walk back to the hotel! Then, see the sign in my pictures saying there was free valet parking... SUCH A LIE!!! So inconvenient especially when you just have to run up to the room and come back down to leave quickly. One valet person told me that he'll help me if I'd help him meaning that he wanted a LARGE tip! Like really, I have to pay you for my inconvenience of what I paid for and didn't get! There was nothing available to wash dishes. Look at the sign that shows how much it costs for extra towels in my picture. It was dirty under ALL the sinks, table was all scratched up, nothing to watch on TV, and plastic shelf pieces by pots were desegregating. The King sized bed was comfy, but I think with the lack of sleep that I had while there, any bed would have been comfy! The view was pretty nice...I was just so upset about the parking situation that it ruined my whole trip! And, I must say the young black man that helped us take our luggage in was amazing! But when leaving, no one offered to even help when they saw us struggling to put our large suitcases in the car...
Great location. Part 1 of the experience was great. Adding an additional day was the most horrible experience ever. You are dealing with a 3rd party to book the room. It was a late check in and they couldnt see us in the system. Luckily we were visiting family. We ended up staying at their place for the evening. Beware of this place. Nice suites but dated.
Posting this here because Expedia will not let me share my review. Skip this place. First of all, they don't let you park your own car, but the valet is an extra charge because their "complimentary parking gratuity" is not included in the price. The check in process was horrible - if you aren't a Marriott Bonvoy member in their dedicated VIP line, you won't be called until that line is empty, as they don't have a concierge specifically for normal people to check in. So even if you've been waiting for half an hour already, if there's people in the VIP line, they are called first. The rooms are ancient, with no modern technology when it comes to their entertainment. The TVs have no ability to stream or even cast to them, and every time we turned on the television, an old, decrepit DVD player would turn on also and make a horrible, grating noise for a solid 2 minutes as it tried to read a disc that wasn't inside of it. Terrible water pressure and things were not cleaned properly, like dusty phone cords, and toothpaste remnants stuck to the sink handles. The only real plus was the bathtub, which is a deep jetted soaking tub. To top it all off, this place is "individually owned and operated condominiums" so the staff there will not help unless you pay extra. This is like an Airbnb wrapped up like a hotel that will nickel and dime you to death. Any other hotel is more worth your time and money. Skip this property and save yourself the disappointment.
