The pool was green it was the most disgusting color of green ive ever seen my intention when i came was to swim instead i ordered food the food took bloody 2 hours for rice and chicken curry the staff were not prioritising customer service i used to come almost every holiday to this resort in the last few years i havent due to this kind of service DO NOT RECCOMEND .

I would not reccomend Serene Beach Resort to anyone. It is simply not a resort and more of a lodge by the sea. You can tell it was once something very special but has been long past its prime. The staff are very warm and genuinely doing their best, but the rooms, food and amenities are subpar at best.
