A very fine hotel near the airport. A very good idea to stay here if you want to avoid the horrendous trafic in Dar. Good inhouse restaurant and bar. Excellent customer service. Free transfer to airport.

Thoroughly Disappointing Stay in Tanzania I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were not up to standard, and overall management seemed lacking. The food was unhygienic, which was the biggest issue for me. Staff appeared more interested in creating social media content than delivering quality guest service, which made interactions feel careless and unprofessional. I expected better for the price and location. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Tanzania. I would not recommend this property in its current state. I hope the owner make serious improvement in management.

I stayed here recently and was deeply disappointed. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, often laughing inappropriately and lacking any real guidance on how to resolve issues. It felt like money was their main priority, not guest satisfaction. The reception was subpar, and it appeared they were focused more on fees than helping guests. The manager was rarely seen and seemed to avoid accountability. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Wouldn’t recommend based on this stay. I hope the property makes meaningful changes to guest service and management.

This place is disgusting. Our tour company Tanzania Specialist booked this hotel for us. Within a few minutes of getting into our room, we left and went somewhere else. There was black mold everywhere. The entire ceiling of the hallway outside our room was covered in mold. There was mold even in the bedroom and on the vents. Mold smell everywhere. I don’t understand how this hotel is allowed to operate and put their customers and employees at risk like this. The manager and owner should take this more seriously. The photos I took don’t even do justice to the amount of mold I found. AVOID this place at all cost.
