Golden Tulip Dar Es Salaam City Center Hotel

First time in Dar Es Salaam and chose to stay at Golden Tulip purely on its reviews. So glad that we made the right decision. The hotel is perfectly located for all amenities including the ferry port to Zanzibar. All the staff were very helpful and courteous and always carrying a smile. The whole vibe is great. The breakfast amazing and plentiful. Great variety including continental, local, indian etc all made fresh daily. The restaurant staff were exceptional. I would like to extend my gratitude to to all staff especially the General manager Suhail Kassam who in spite his busy schedule took time out to talk to us . We applaud his genuine and warm humbleness . He found out it was our Ruby Wedding anniversary. He surprised us with a special treat which was much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dar as we had an excellent three days.

I had a wonderful stay. Martha provided exceptional customer care, always checking in with a warm morning and evening note, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. A special thank you to Khadija and Anna for their outstanding service throughout my stay. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, they were attentive, friendly, and consistently ensured everything was perfect. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!
