They have very unproffesional service. I booked for a room, a few minutes to my arrival, they texted me to inform me that there has been a mix up so my room is no longer available. Seriously??? Literally a few minutes away??? Thats so unproffesional

The rooms are just ok. But dirty bathroom very dirty to the extent I wouldn't use them until I went to the airport. Distance to the airport is near 10mins walk to the airport. But very dirty bath room. Even me as an African was terrified.
We stayed here because it was close to the airport. I will not be staying here in the future. Poor service, and room quality. The price they ask for is far too high for what they offer. Other hotels charge less yet offer above average service.
I had a terrible experience here. i booked three rooms for my family for three different stays, payed for them via phone and then they came. when they got there the staff didn’t follow instructions and charged their card, when i had already payed for their room. They even charged the card too much!! Then when i confronted them about it i talked to the manager, he completely ignored what i had to explain and wouldn’t even listen to me and would not send a refund. I will never be going here again.
