Wonderful Family Stay at Liyya Water Villa, Dambulla As a hotelier, I always pay attention to service quality and guest experience, so I was very happy with our family trip to Dambulla and our stay at Liyya Water Villa. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by a very calm environment—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The check-in experience was excellent, and we were warmly welcomed by the team. A special appreciation goes to Ms. Jayani, the receptionist, for her beautiful welcoming smile, friendly and professional service, and for providing us with all the information we needed. Mr. Dhanushka, the Front Office Manager, was also very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His kindness and genuine care made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Our room was nice, comfortable, and well maintained. The F&B team also did a great job, providing friendly service and making our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful family experience at Liyya Water Villa. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and excellent service. The surroundings are beautiful, and the villas have a lovely design. However, the facilities need much better maintenance, and both the breakfast and the food in general are quite poor. The hotel has a lot of potential and could improve significantly with better food and proper maintenance of the facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Liyya Water Villa Dambulla. The hotel is beautifully maintained, clean, and surrounded by a calm and peaceful environment.
