We had a company day outing to Jetwing Lake. Service starting from reception and was excellent and staff was much supportive. Even location was so beautiful. If we talk about buffet lunch was not to expected level of Jetwing group. Hotel was almost full even during buffet and they should have more spread and variety but it was very basic buffet and noting special.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed for one night as part of our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel made our honeymoon even more special with a beautiful bed decoration and a complimentary cake, which was a lovely touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the spacious bathroom with a bathtub was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning scenery, a long swimming pool, and plenty of things to do. We enjoyed cycling around the resort and exploring the nearby lake and gardens. As Muslim guests, we especially appreciated how Muslim-friendly the hotel was. Halal food was clearly labeled at the buffet, and the Qibla (prayer) direction was also clearly marked in the room, which we really appreciated. It made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily visit again. 10/10!
