Our guide is Han was excellent he explained everything in clear and fluent English and provided us with all the information during the sight visits. I strongly recommend the tour. We also had great lunch with the reasonable costs.

Han is an awesome tour leader. We experienced da lat country side waterfalls which is hard to reach by own. He handled with patience and great smile. His english is perfect and super easy to communicate. Ready to help for photographs if you travel solo. Really have fun time!!!!

Han was the best tour guide we could ask for! It was hard to believe when he said he was new at this. He was very organized and kept a good grasp on the itinerary, logistics, and everybody's whereabouts throughout the tour. He was also knowledgeable about each of our destinations. All in all, it made entertaining the family very easy and allowed us to have a hassle-free good time. Han and Huy were our guides. Very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic guys. We went to 3 different waterfalls, a silk factory, cricket farm and a coffee plantation. We spent exactly enough time at each place to get the details of the location and still see a lot of different things. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to see a lot in a short period of time!

We booked the tour very spontaneously 8hours before the tour started and it was no problem + we got good instructions forbade pick up. Our Guide Huy made a great job on our tour and explained everything really well and was very kind and payed attention. Our driver Tan was also very nice and he drove really safe and always tried his best to make the drive as comfortable as possible. We had a lot of fun on this tour and it was very diverse. The Price for this Tour is worth the money.

This was genuinely one of the worst travel experiences I have ever faced. I booked the tour through Agoda for 28 August 2026. Everything was planned around this tour, and I was looking forward to exploring the beautiful places in Da Lat. However, just one night before the scheduled tour, on 27 August 2026 at around 6:20 PM, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that the tour had been cancelled because the vehicle arranged for three guests had been cancelled and was unable to arrive in Da Lat on 28 August. Honestly, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Are we really supposed to believe that there was only ONE vehicle available in the whole of Da Lat and nearby areas? Cancelling a tour at such short notice completely ruined my plans and wasted a valuable day of my vacation. Since it was too late to arrange a suitable alternative, I ended up staying in my hotel room instead of enjoying the day and visiting the places I had planned to see. To be fair, they were very prompt in arranging a full refund. However, I would much rather have enjoyed the beautiful sights of Da Lat than receive a refund for a tour that was cancelled by the operator at the last minute. A refund does not compensate for a lost vacation day, especially when you have limited time while travelling. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Viet Challenge Tours. I sincerely hope they improve their booking management, contingency planning, and communication so that other travellers do not have to lose a valuable day of their vacation because of a last-minute cancellation. Very disappointing experience.

Tour guide Alan is a greate tour guide. We enjoyed tour very much. He tryed to explained many things of each visiting places. Even in the car. He tried very much us to satisfy our trip. He is very polite and kind. If I will come back Dalat. I would like request him.
