Coffee Farm Tour With Roasting & Tasting Workshop - Da Lat

We specially drove 4,5 hours to do this tour. We are coffee lovers and for us it was a must do. We learned everything from plant to drinking. We asked a lot of questions and An could reply to every question.

I don’t often write reviews, but this experience was so special that I had to share it! We visited this coffee farm during our trip to Đà Lạt, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday. Since it’s one of the few farms in Vietnam that grows Arabica coffee, we decided to try both experiences: the farm tour and roasting workshop, followed by the brewing workshop with a tasting session. As a big coffee lover, I was really excited about this experience, and it exceeded all my expectations! Our guide for the day was An, who made the experience even more enjoyable. During the first workshop, we learned so much about the journey of coffee, from coffee cherry to cup. After the introduction, we also had the chance to try some of these steps ourselves, which made the experience even more interesting and fun. We also got to take home the coffee we had roasted ourselves, which was such a lovely touch! Everything was explained clearly and was easy to understand so I’d recommend this workshop to anyone, whether you’re a passionate coffee enthusiast or simply curious to learn more. We especially loved the second part of the experience, which was the brewing workshop and tasting! We sampled several drinks paired with food in a beautiful setting with breathtaking views of the farm and the surrounding nature. An introduced us to different brewing methods, and we got to try them ourselves and taste the results. Every drink was delicious, but our favourites were the Cascara with kumquat and the Cold Brew Margarita. The Vietnamese salted coffee was also one of the best I’ve ever tried! We learned a lot, even though we drink coffee every day, and the food pairings were a particularly nice touch. It was fascinating to discover how different flavours complemented the coffee drinks. A huge thank you to An and the Twin Beans Farm for such an amazing experience! Visiting a coffee farm like this had been a dream of mine for years, and I’m so happy I finally got to make it come true. I’d highly recommend these workshops! And if you’re not sure whether the workshops are for you, I’d still recommend visiting the farm’s coffeeshop. Surrounded by lush green mountains and coffee trees, it’s a peaceful place to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and have some truly excellent coffee ❤️☕️🥭

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a magical place!!! 🌿☕️🐶 We absolutely loved our time at Twin Beans Farm! Everything was so peaceful and relaxed, and we were lucky with the beautiful weather. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like being on a farm at all. More like spending time in your own cozy garden – just surrounded by coffee plants! 😊 And the adorable dogs made it even better. Such sweet little pups! An was wonderful and taught us so much about coffee, from growing to roasting and tasting. I especially loved roasting our own beans and taking them home! Another highlight was the coffee tasting in the café, which almost feels like sitting in a treehouse surrounded by nature. Such a unique atmosphere! You can really feel how much love has been put into this place. ❤️ Our only two regrets: We didn’t know you could stay overnight! Otherwise, we definitely would have booked a night. Next time! And we would have LOVED to adopt a coffee plant and have its coffee shipped to Germany, or simply order more coffee from home. We planned to visit a coffee farm during our trip to Vietnam and are really happy we chose the twin bean farm. Located in a beautiful valley outside of Da Lat with a stream flowing through the Plantage the views where stunning. But we weren’t there for the views (or bot just). An welcomed us at the farm with open arms and guided us through the entire cherry to cup experience. Getting as much insider information about the entire process as one can only imagine. Highlights where definitely roasting your own beans and brewing them afterwards. Bring some time and also participate in part B of the coffee experience where you get to know even more brewing options and pairings. There are definitely some hidden gems which I will not spoil! Over all I highly recommend the entire workshop / experience. Perfect if you want to know more about your daily morning drink or even if you are already familiar with the process of roasting and brewing but want to experience it first hand and get to know the farm. An absolute must go! Thank you for the great time and hospitality An! Already looking forward to our next visit

We were given two wonderful workshops. First, we participated in a coffee roasting workshop and learned a lot about coffee cultivation in the region. We were even able to take our self-roasted beans home with us. Afterwards, we took part in the tasting workshop and enjoyed delicious coffee. An answered all our questions and was always kind and friendly! We would definitely book the tour again. The transportation was also very convenient; we were picked up from and dropped off at our hotel. A major highlight was the adorable dogs on the farm and the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

My father and I went on this tour yesterday and we had an amazing time. The best part was our guide, An, who was so warm, knowledgeable, and professional. The farm is beautiful, and the tour/workshop really provides a lot of knowledge and experience in a relatively short time. We learned about coffee cherries, farming techniques, different varietals, what makes a good cherry/bean, how to pick out defects, the basics of roasting, and more. An answered our questions graciously and thoroughly. Bonus: there are several awesome dogs that greet customers and accompany you on the tour. Also, we opted to have transportation included; the arrangement was seamless and on time. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone even remotely interested in coffee. And I hope you get An as your guide!

So good. You get so much value for your money- really worth doing!

So we visited Twin Beans for a long weekend. There were two families with kids ages 8, 6, and 4. For us it became more than a weekend getaway... It became the highlight of our time in the Da Lat area. The kids were free to roam and explore. They were able to run and see a real coffee farm. They probably won't realize how lucky they are, but the adults definitely realized it very early on. The coffee offered at the restaurant was amazing. The tours were amazing. Ann and Zuki went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for both families. Another important part for families is making sure that kids are safe, and if watching your kids is a priority just send them to the playground, enjoy wine from the farm at your tent site, and you can see your little angels playing while you have some peace and quiet. Seems like everything is set up to make sure that families have an excellent experience... Kids make a pizza, kids roast coffee, kids make candles, kids have dogs to play with. Also, if you don't have kids... they do manage to have some nice fires at night to enjoy a drink and have some warm fun.

We had a lovely time during the coffee workshop! An showed us around the farm and explained the entire process to harvest, dry and roast the coffee beans very well. We also roasted our own coffee beans and made two different kinds of coffee with them. After the workshop, we enjoyed a cup of coffee at the cafe with an amazing view over the coffee plantation. An was also helpful in arranging transport to and from the farm. We loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Yesterday we were able to have a tour in at Twin Beans Farm with our amazing instructor Ann. And guided us through the farm to show us how coffee is grown, harvested, dried, roasted, and brewed. She was very friendly and gave great information and instruction. We really enjoyed her personality. We bought some products from the farm that she took extra time to carefully package for our return to the USA. The farm itself is so beautiful and the coffee was amazing. We look forward to brewing some fresh and thinking of Ann when we get home.

We had a great time learning about the growth of the coffee cherries and the roasting process and even got to try our hand at pan roasting coffee beans! We made a traditional pour over drip coffee as well as a stronger Vietnamese coffee. The farm is quite a ways away from town (~25 minute drive) but they coordinated a taxi to pick us up since we booked with the transportation included, which was very convenient. The farm is beautiful and peaceful and the 9 dogs that live on the property were very cute and followed our tour. There’s also a cute coffee shop that overlooks the farm that you can stop at for a full cup of coffee prior to heading back to town.

Great experience.Our guide Tsuki was very knowledgeable,had great English and took us from ‘Farm to Cup’. We learnt so much and really enjoyed outr time here. It’s also very beautiful countryside to enjoy.

A wonderful experience with our guide Ann who explained the whole process thoroughly from the coffee plant life all the way to brewing the perfect cup of coffee. This is a great tour for people that want to understand the process of coffee, you see the growing, picking, drying, roasting and grinding of the coffee - which you then get to enjoy. We also got to enjoy a ‘coffee’ tea and some honey from the farm - all so lovely. We also got a lift from the centre of Da Lat and back which was incredibly helpful for a much smaller fee than 2 Grabs.

Getting there is a little tricky but so worth it. We absolutely loved the views, our tour guide Tsuki, all of the information we learned and had a great time roasting and trying our own brewed coffee. This is a must do if you have the time when in Da Lat.

We had an amazing experience at twin bean farm. Our guide, Tsuki was very informative and had excellent English. We started looking at the different varieties and qualities of coffee beans and picked our own before roasting our own beans. We learned about the different flavour profiles of coffee and how the different levels of roasting creates different flavours. We got to try the brewed coffee and try how differ methods brought out different flavours. We loved our time here and would thoroughly recommend this experience!
