Reviews
Pros:
-Nice hotel with warm swimming pool.
-Room is well-equipped.
-Helpful staff.
Cons for families with kids:
-there is no chairs for babies in the restaurant.
-The hotel is quite far away from the center, you need to order taxi or rent motorbikes.
On our first morning, there were only a few customers so there was no buffet, only 3 options for breakfast.
I had high hopes for this place after seeing the pictures online, particularly of the swimming pool. I was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool for a couple of days. Unfortunately, the reality did not live up to my expectations.
The swimming pool was lacking and not well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet left much to be desired-it was below average. While the rooms were decent, the overall feel of the place is outdated and in need of better care. Given the pricing, I felt the value was inadequate and the advertising misleading.
I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
We had a great trip in Dalat. Recommend to stay in Stillus Hotel. The price was reasonable. The room was big, new and clean. It smells good. The receptionists and staffs were nice and helpful. They supported me to upgrade the room with big balcony free. Breakfast might not have many choices; however they were well-prepared and made me feel cozy. I’ll return next trip.
Floor is very dirty and sticky , broken fridge, stained wall, dirty 🛁 , arrived first day with no toilet paper 🧻😅 Views from the room ain't as advertised, we booked the suite double which has corner and balcony ended up dissapointed. No luggage service. Staff was friendly and sweet but they really need to fix up and clean up the room. Won't be back again
We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff members were simply the best. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was great. It's a Vietnamese style buffet with lots of vegetables and salad as well as pho, eggs, toast, fruit and other dishes such as tofu. The room was clean and the beds firm and very comfortable. The staff members went above and beyond when they helped my son when he had a problem with paying for a grab. And they helped us book a long distance bus trip. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the centre, or 17,000 dong on a Grab motorcycle, or 40,000 dong in a Grab car.
