Lovely High Tea at Grand Mercure! ☕✨ I had a wonderful high tea experience at the Moon Lounge. The space is luxurious yet cozy, creating the perfect relaxing vibe. A huge thank you Trang! She was friendly, attentive, and professional. The tea and pastries were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every bite was amazing, and it was definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Dalat. The resort is spacious and beautifully landscaped with plenty of flowers. The architecture and interior design are stunning, and the rooms are spacious, airy, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, and the restaurant is spacious and pleasant. Highly recommended if you have the budget for it! Definitely a lovely place to stay in Dalat.

The soundproof was so bad. You can hear the sound of footsteps on even other floors. You can hear the story of neighbors next door as they're just talking normally. Hence, a good sleep is extremely expensive to get here. The managers don't really know how to do service. They tried their best to... ignore your problem. Of course, because they didn't know how to resolve it properly. The handwritten apology letter got a lot of errors. They wrote "Mrs" to my friend. They wrote in incorrect grammar. And when they see you to solve the problem, all they did was "I'm so sorry. The problem was from department A, department B blah blah blah. I'm frustrated listen to them, honestly. The only thing I enjoyed here is from bellman and buggy driver. They're supportive and friendly. If there's any chance...Ah I'll not come here for the second time. Sorry to say that. Far away to deserve a "5 star hotel". Thank you!

We booked our stay at Mercure Da Lat from 23rd to 24th May 2026. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, the hotel had kindly agreed to arrange a room for us by 10:00 AM. However, due to a misunderstanding in our travel schedule, we arrived at the hotel much earlier than expected—around 3:00 AM. Despite the unexpected arrival time, Ms. Nhung at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to arrange a room for us and ensured that we received exceptional hospitality throughout the process. What impressed us even more was that the hotel did not charge any additional fee and was genuinely willing to help us in the middle of the night. As an Accor Platinum member, I have stayed at many Accor properties, but I can honestly say that this was one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I have ever received. The team at Mercure Da Lat made our small couple's getaway truly special and unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Nhung and the entire Mercure Da Lat team. We look forward to returning soon and enjoying your wonderful hospitality again. Deeply grateful.
