First stay at Dahab Lagoon. The service was exceptional. We stayed in room 187 and the staff (Ibrahim) was very attentive and helpful. Our room was fresh and clean each day and had a custom towel animal with flowers. The location was amazing. Great beach, great sun, great fun.
Our time at the hotel was beyond exceptional. The room view, service, staff and overall experience were amazing. Nour Nabil from guest relations made our experience unforgettable and made sure that we had the most fun every single day. She was very responsive, friendly and made sure our trip was perfect. Honestly all staff were great as well. Would definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the accommodation was very comfortable. There were plenty of entertainment activities for both adults and children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
We had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank the entire team. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel warmly welcomed from the very first moment. A very special thank you goes to Ahmad at the lobby bar, Nour in the lobby, Khalid at the restaurant bar, Amir and Mr. Naji at the beach bar for their amazing cocktails and outstanding service, and Mr. Ala at the reception. You were always so warm, attentive, and professional. It is clear that you truly care about your guests and take great pride in your work. You made our holiday even more enjoyable, and we always felt well looked after. The only small downside was that the staff at the diving center on the beach were not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. It did not significantly affect our stay, but it was noticeable compared to the exceptional service we experienced everywhere else. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank everyone for making our vacation so special. We would be happy to come back!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for the 5th year in a row The best thing about it is definitely the location—everything was convenient and easily accessible. All the staff (animation team, housekeeping, front desk) were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was amazing from check-in to check-out, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Alaa, the Front Desk Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a great location.
