The beach is great! The staff were so nice and polite Food is okay might be a little less than okay The front desk tried to scam me by saying my guest does not match my nationality! I never understood what he meant I used my US passport and my guest didn't have one but had another country's passport instead. They asked for $60 per night then $30. After I called my bank to cancel it the hotel ended up waiving it.

At this hotel, we felt truly welcomed. There is no rush and no unnecessary noise here – just the sea, the mountains, the sun, and a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The unique setting between the mountains and the sea gives this place a special character that stays with you long after you leave. The excursions organized by the hotel's tour agency allowed us to discover the beauty and history of Sinai. Our wishes were always taken into account, with plans thoughtfully adapted to the weather conditions. Everything was genuinely well organized and carefully planned. What will remain in our memories are the peace, the hospitality, and the wonderful adventures we experienced. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this wonderful holiday, for your flexibility, and for your warm hospitality. Sometimes you have to leave in order to be able to return again.
Our stay at this amazing 5-star hotel in Dahab was absolutely exceptional. Everything exceeded expectations — the hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and every detail reflects luxury and high quality. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, with a team that is not only highly professional and attentive, but also genuinely warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. The atmosphere, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall experience were truly first-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Dahab. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences in Egypt. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ll start with the positives. The beach is absolutely incredible, easily the highlight of the stay. It’s sandy, calm, and perfect for swimming; I honestly didn’t want to leave it. The peaceful atmosphere is another big plus. After 8 p.m., the hotel becomes very quiet, which made it ideal for relaxing evenings. As for the rest, the experience was more average. The food was decent but not memorable, and the desserts in particular need improvement. The pool was fine, nothing special. On a positive note, the service was smooth at check-in, and we were accommodated quickly. However, cleanliness was a major issue. The room was dusty, and finding hair on the mattress was extremely unpleasant. Housekeeping also fell short—they seemed to only replace towels without cleaning the bathroom. Overall, while the beach and tranquility stand out, the hygiene standards and overall quality would prevent me from returning.
Positive: The restaurant staff were genuinely lovely and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The food was also very good. A special mention to Mohamed at the beach—he’s an absolute legend who constantly checks on guests and makes sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. I also want to highlight the General Manager, Mr. Yassir, who was very approachable, flexible, and helpful when I raised an issue. His attitude made a big difference. Negative: Unfortunately, my experience with reception staff—particularly Adham and Duty Manager Medhat—was disappointing. They were not accommodating and didn’t seem to prioritise customer satisfaction. When I booked through Booking, there was no option for all-inclusive. Upon arrival, I asked about upgrading, but the explanation was unclear. I wasn’t properly informed that there are two types of all-inclusive (soft vs. hard drinks). When I requested written clarification, I was given a note stating that all-inclusive covered everything, with no mention of these distinctions. On my last day, I was refused dinner despite not having had breakfast. When I went for lunch, I was stopped before even serving myself and told to go to reception. I found this rude and unnecessary. Considering I had paid for my last night but had to leave early for a flight and didn’t use the room, a bit of flexibility or compensation would have been appreciated. Another frustrating experience happened during checkout. When my car arrived, I was held at the gate for around 10 minutes while they checked the room. This felt very unnecessary and disrespectful, especially when they already had my card details. If there were any issues, they could have charged me directly rather than delaying me when I had a flight to catch. Additionally, the bed and pillows were extremely hard, and there is little to no sound insulation between rooms, which affected comfort and sleep quality. The blanket also had a cigarette burn hole in it, and it remained there throughout my stay, which gave the impression that the bedding had not been properly changed or checked. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I would expect, and I would not return to this hotel.
