The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel at home throughout our entire stay. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everything was organized perfectly. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. The whole experience was wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable. You can really tell that the hotel cares about its guests and pays attention to every little detail. I would definitely recommend Safir Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back again! ❤️✨
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their friendliness, kindness, and exceptional service. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, thanks to Eslam Simsim. Everyone was incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. We especially thank Tony. The beach and scenery were perfectly beautiful.
The hotel was amazing, the staff was also very friendly. Especially the guest relation lady Fatma, she was able to make me feel everything is taken care of and she was very understanding and made sure my trip was superb! Also Mr Hossam the front desk manager was guiding me thru everything and made my trip much more enjoyable as well. Definitely not the last time visiting! ✌️
I had a truly wonderful stay at Safir Hotel in Dahab. The service was excellent, and what stood out to me the most was the follow-up after every service. After using a certain facility or receiving a service, a staff member would check in to make sure everything was perfect and ask if there were any comments or special notes. This level of attention made the experience feel very professional and personal. The atmosphere at the hotel is great, and the price is very reasonable compared to the quality you receive. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming — honestly, the true pearl in Safir Hotel’s crown is its people. A special thank you to Rahma at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, and also to the chef at dinner who paid special attention to my milk allergy. He always made sure there was a suitable dish for me, which I truly appreciated. The massage place was excellent, the meals were very good, and the rooms were beautiful — especially if you stay close to the reception and dining area. The hotel also has a private beach and a swimming pool, which added a lot to the overall experience. Overall, Safir Hotel offers a great balance of service, comfort, atmosphere, and value. I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone looking for a hotel where the staff genuinely care about the guest experience.
