The stay was perfect the staff was perfect many activities to do in the hotel haitam and fadi and moro did a very good job with the activities making sure no one gets bored and the housekeeping did an amazing job too and the receptionist made you feel at home. Really an amazing experience.
We have now spent our surf holiday at this hotel for the 12th time – and once again, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The Harry Nass station continues to impress with its ideal location right at the spot. The wind conditions were not perfect this time, but still good, and the equipment was in excellent condition. As always, the team on site was friendly, helpful, and highly professional. The hotel itself once again met all our expectations: the location is outstanding, the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. The food was excellent, the service attentive and professional, and the rooms were cleaned reliably and thoroughly. Overall, the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is very high. A special thank you goes to Mateo, Abdulrahman (Pepsi), as well as the team at the pool and main bar for their excellent cocktails and outstanding service. The animation team also contributed greatly to our stay with their enthusiasm, positive energy, and varied program. A big compliment to the entire team – you are doing a truly fantastic job! We are already looking forward to our next stay in November 2026.

This hotel is brilliant. The staff are nice, the rooms are gorgeous with beautiful views , and bishandi the cat is such a charmer. Leisure at the hotel is greatly accompanied by the magic world entertainers such as Shika who ran the dart game today. He’s enthusiastic, sweet, kind, and motivating, the perfect person to enjoy numerous activities with. Thank you for an amazing experience to all:)
1st of all I'd like to thank the staff: Abanob from room service, Alaa and Emma from the entertainment team, Abdel Rahman from the lobby bar, Abdallah from the beach bar, Maher from the restaurant, chefs Ehab, Michael and Ahmad, and all the incredible staff I couldn't get theirs names for a beautiful stay at Jaz. We stayed there for a week and we'll definitely come back again. As I said the staff were incredible, and the service was friendly and caring. The hotel was very clean, cosy, quiet, family and kids friendly (the kids club is a delight), romantic, and accessible (2 mins from the room to the beach, the pool was next to the room). The food was fantastic: plenty of options all over the day, fresh vegetables, excellent sandwiches,salads, and pizzas. The beach was very calm and nice for my baby to play in, and the location is secluded, yet very close to the town of Dahab (5 mins by car). Definitely coming back here soon!!
