Not clean, from the start on, there was a lot of trash when we arrived already. The rooms where not clean either, the bed was made but there was still stuff from the guest before us in the toilet and the trashcans where full. The Staff is very cheeky not at one moment did we had the feeling that they dont try to scam us. The food is absolut overpriced and whenever we asked for something the answer was : thats on extra charge. Like Butter at breakfast, we had to check out early cause its unbarable. Also the Staff if very rude to stray animals.
Incredible stay. The hospitality and friendly vibes from the entire team made my trip special, and the breakfast was fantastic. Massive thanks to Amal, Rahma and Zainab and Nourhan (VIAGGIO Team) for their beautiful attitude and exceptional hospitality. They truly go above and beyond. Special thank you to Ms. Nourhan Tarek for making everything up and well prepared. Cannot wait to come back dears
It was great experience, people are welcoming, breakfast are great and hot drinks included ( zeina did great job) , place got good view and is clean, rooms are clean but need some maintenance otherwise was great experience.
Excellent experience from start to finish! The restaurant atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and served with great presentation.
A special thanks to the amazing staff and management for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel valued and respected. The service was fast, organized, and truly exceeded expectations
Very disappointing experience overall. The rooms were in poor condition — the doors were difficult to lock, and my room door was almost broken. The “pool view” rooms on the lower floors are marketed as sea view rooms, which felt misleading.
The breakfast was decent, but definitely not at the level you would expect for the high price of the hotel. In general, this hotel is not good value for money.
Cleanliness was below average as well. The soap, bathroom amenities, and even the bathroom water quality were poor — the water was salty and unpleasant to use. Both the beds and rooms didn’t feel properly cleaned, even though the hotel had known about our arrival several hours before check-in.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here considering the price and overall quality.
