The lobby and rooms are stunning. I had read reviews that people found it dated but maybe we stayed in newly rennovated rooms because our room was modern and beautiful. Loved the bath, loved the big comfortable bed and the decor. We ordered room service for a meal (kimchi fried rice I think) and it was large, delicious and presented beautifully. We were there to attend a show at the convention centre and it was just across the road, however there were also restaurants, shopping malls and cafes nearby to keep you busy. The only thing is the central air, you cant change the temp yourself - it didn't bother us but something to be mindful of. Highly recommend if you are in Daegu

We stayed at this hotel for one night after a long day of sightseeing. Its a beautiful hotel. Extremely clean. Our room was comfortable for a one night stay. Robes and slippers were provided for us, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast was included in our one night stay and it was AMAZING. So many delicious and healthy selections. I would definitely recommend tourist to stay here.

HOTEL INTER-BURGO EXCO in Daegu, South Korea claims to be a 5 star hotel, but it fails in this regard. This hotel fails to provide the higest level of luxury and fails to place dedicated service to their guests as their top priority. The room provided during my stay was very hot. The temperature in my room reached 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), and when I asked the hotel staff and manager to provide air conditioning, the personnel (staff and management level) refused saying the policy of the hotel is to not provide air conditioning at this time of the year, March 28, 2026. Instead of turning on the air conditioning the managenent level staff merrly provided a fan. Seriously, a fan in a claimed 5 star hotel. This is shameful. Travelers should be aware of this. Also, the air quality that day and the next was listed as very unhealthy, so, opening a window was a terrible option. If you want a 5 star quality hotel, do not go to the Inter-Burgo Exco in Daegu, South Korea.

We came on our tour to South Korea, on route our travel agency booked us in this hotel. We were told by the tour operator, to lowered our expectations as the hotel is under renovation and the breakfast will be good. The openion was correct. In our room some lights were not working but it was clean and well-maintained. We stayed only one day and the breakfast was not bad. Coffee machine didn't have capachino or any special selection. They had a wide variety of delicious food options. The plug points were quite far from the beds, making it inconvenient to leave the devices on the table for charging. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, making it a convenient. Despite some minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.
