We had a great time during this tour. Ty was an awesome tour guide and Tin was a very smooth driver, we felt safe during the ride to and from the spots back to our hotel. We enjoyed the short visit to the incense village and Pagoda, and the tour in the Imperial Palace and Mausoleum. Ty was always making sure we’re doing ok. We really enjoyed the restaurant where we stopped for lunch – the food was great! We especially enjoyed the soup and salads.
The plan was full, our driver was good we had a comfortable trip. Our guide Ty has given us very good information before&during the visit to places. Very understandable English in afunny way so that we’re not bored. The lunch was also fine, he arranged the menu for vegeterian people berore hand. So in summary I definetely give 10/10 to our guide and to this tour.
Everything was good. Hue is very interesting, the day was packed with activities. However, Hai Van Pass stop could be at the lookout, we were stopped at the lonely pine tree and the view was not the best.
Ty is an exceptional guide. He's very polite and helpful. He well managed all the site seeing and a wonderful lunch. The transport van was also very comfortable

We did a day trip by bus to Hue with Mariana and had a great time! Everything was smooth and easy for pickup and general organisation, and Mariana made sure we learnt a lot about Hue's history and the context of the places we visited. The lunch was also one of the better ones we've had during day trip tours. Plus we really appreciated that Mariana gave us a heads up about some celebrations in Da Nang that night so we knew it was on!

My visit to Hue and the Imperial City was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our incredible guide, Phuc. His deep knowledge of the history and culture of Hue truly brought the experience to life. Walking through the Imperial City, Phuc shared fascinating stories about the Nguyen dynasty, pointing out small details that I would have missed on my own. One of the highlights was learning about the symbolism in the architecture and how each part of the city reflects the emperor’s vision of harmony. Phuc also made the tour fun and engaging with his great sense of humor and genuine passion for the area. The trip was well-organized, with comfortable transportation and plenty of time to explore each site. Hue’s rich history and stunning landscapes left a lasting impression on me. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Phuc to show us this incredible city. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Vietnam!

We had a really lovely day on this trip, our tour guide Thinh was super fun and informative. The company were super punctual on pickup and managed time well throughout each stop. Before the trip they had messaged us to make sure we were ok, and so we knew what time they would pick us up, which was great. The only downside was where they chose for us to have lunch. The food was lovely but the customer service wasn't great, some of the group didn't get any drinks they ordered or even some of the food like the rest of us, which was bad as we had all paid the same.

He was also great with the young kids in our group who sometimes got restless. The drive and journey were also smooth despite spots of bad weather. Thinh our tour guide was so witty and knew his stuff! We asked questions regarding their history, culture and structures and everything was answered. The day trip was worth the travel! It was so beautiful and you see the influences of the French mixed with Vietnamese. Jhun was a great and very safe driver as well. :) my only complaint would be the food during lunch - the restaurant didn’t turn on their aircon and didn’t even serve us water (felt very dehydrated). Hope they can improve on this! I feel like i wasn’t stuffed enough and the trip back home was so long since we had to drop everyone back to their hotels. :( Other than that the entire tour was great and worth it!
Our guide was knowledgeable, communicated well, and was always happy to answer questions. His English skills were fantastic. He was mindful of the heat and sun, and tried to give his explanation on the different sites in shaded areas. our van was a perfect size for our group, and very comfortable and had great air-conditioning.
Our guide Thinh was amazing. He was very knowledgeable with the history of all the sites and the sites on the tour were spectacular. Timing was not rushed and the van provided was comfortable . Our stop for lunch had great variety as well. Highly recommended!
The tour to Hue City was wonderful and a must see if visiting Vietnam. Tour guide Thi was really welcoming and knowledgeable regarding the city. It was really hot when I went and became a little tired. Thi was patient and accommodating as I had to rest. Thi really made sure to give time for photos and she took the time to take our photos on numerous occasions. I had a wonderful Time and will definitely recommend this tour.

We had a fabulous tour with Thong from Danang to Hue. Very knowledgeable on history, approachable, everything was well organised and seamless from pre pick-up to return. The vehicle was modern, comfortable and safe driving techniques were in play. The lunch was yummy as well. Highly recommend this tour and company.
Good to learn about imperial Vietnam. Be prepared for lots of driving but destinations are worth it. Wish had a bit more time to explore more of the Imperial Palace where you could easily spend the best part of a day but to do this suggest an overnight in Hue. Thong was a knowledgeable guide and spoke good English, he even gave us a Vietnamese lesson as Latin script was introduced in 1919 to a language based on Chinese.

She is very knowledgeable and explained to us several important points and curiosities about the history of Hue, the imperial city. It was a very interesting tour and we highly recommend it to know Hue for 1 day!
Nice trip but it fehlt too short…would’ve wished to see more (problem is: the drive takes 2 hours one way which wastes a lot of time 🙁) Tin was. a good tour guide. She tried to explain everything in as much details as possible. I was however disappointed to learn that a big part of the imperial city is still under renovation! I would recommend to take the trip after they fish the project, otherwise you won’t see much there! Overall a nice trip if you don’t have time. If you do, I would recommend going to Hue and spending the night…it’s a beautiful city with a lot to offer that the trip can’t cover.

It was worth it, the tour guide Tinh has an amazing outlook towards the places where we went even if it's a coffee shop, she knows about the context, people and most importantly the history. Tour was more informative and helpful to visualise the history of the Places. Really appreciate the efforts. Additionally, being a vegetarian is a task over here but they took care of Vegetarian food too & undeniably it was the best one i had here. Kudos.
