I explored Hoi An Ancient City with my tour guide, Eric. He was considerate and mindful of the heat and any restrictions to my energy level. Eric was so knowledgeable. His stories were wonderful.
I had Dat as my guide. Best guide in my whole trip to Vietnam. He's very knowledgable about Hoi An and very easy person to talk to. If I could. I'd give hime 6 stars.
We started with the coconut boats and ended with local noodles with heritage and culture packed in between. Eric was interested, interesting and enthusiastic. It rained for most of the day but we enjoyed ourselves and visited local village industries and learned about the fusion of the cultures of Hoi An.
