Escape for a day in the mountains! If you are looking for a unique experience away from the beach and hot weather, this is the perfect destination. Ba Na Hills offers a variety of attractions, including amusement parks with roller coasters, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, breathtaking views, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had excellent communication with the tour guide both the night before and throughout the entire trip via WhatsApp. Pickup from our hotel was right on schedule at 7:45 AM. After a few additional stops to collect other tourists, we enjoyed an approximately 45-minute drive from the city to the mountain. The area is organized into three levels. The first level includes the parking area with shops and restaurants. The second level features the famous Golden Bridge, the Buddha statue, and beautiful gardens. The third and largest level has hotels, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an amusement park, and the charming French Village. We first took the cable car to the third level, where we had three free hours to explore, enjoy activities, and have lunch. Afterwards, we went by cable car to the second level to visit the Golden Bridge and Buddha statue for about an hour. Finally, we descended by cable car to the first level, where our bus driver was waiting for us at the parking lot. The return drive to Da Nang took about one hour. The entire experience lasted eight hours, was very well structured, and perfectly organized. We highly recommend this tour!

Bus was on time for pick up , communication was excellent, guide Na Tran was a delighful, humourous, and knowledgable, she is an asset to the company
A fantastic day with a lot of inclusions. Excellent buffet lunch and a wonderful guide.
The Golden Bridge tour was fantastic! The cable car ride offered amazing views, the bridge itself was stunning, and the overall experience was really well organized. Lunch was delicious and a great addition to the trip. Highly recommend!
They have to come out of the raining season. It was nice but it was raining, the viet people are nice, very friendly, some of them know no English at all...
Was a very good experience, probably we needed a more time for enjoy all that excursion offer. Jin was an excellent guide
We loved it wished that we had more time there well worth. Amazing place. love to go back one day. Lots of walking lunch was amazing. And the french quarter the children love it. We took took a amazing ride in the cable car up to the hands Bridge and on to the french quarter it was a same that the children could not do the rides because of the fog
We were quite disappointed due to heavy rain the moment we reached Bana Hill. It was quite a bad weather throughout and we could not enjoyed the scenery at the Bana Hill nor taking any good pictures outdoor. But we really appreciate our guide Mr William who had been coordinating well throughout the whole tour. Thumbs up William.
It was a memorable and amazing trip. Views were fantastic. The guide was amazing and had personal care for EVERY SINGLE tourist. He had an eye on everyone and was forthcoming to help everyone! Cool and comforting, competent and polite ! Lucky to have him with us on this great trip
Beautiful place. The cable cars were amazing. The bridge is something else. It was quite a long day and they stopped at a pearl factory which we weren’t interested in and wasn’t on the itinerary! Host Harry was fab and managed to keep everyone together
While this tour offers a fabulous experience, and a must see in Da Nang, with Golden Bridge being a bucket list destination, be aware, it's very crowded - don't think you'll be able to take a photo of just yourself..! haha All in all, well worth going on this tour..!
A place that must be visited. Make sure you choose the day with no rain or storm because you will be on very long and high cable cart to get there. Also make sure you have buffet meal package include, amazing food and dishes.
The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. As we are 12pax in the group with elderly (wheel chair required), he was very patience and did assist us without our request. The tour was pretty good with reasonable price.
There was nothing about this experience that needed or justified a tour guide. I think our person was chill but not a lot of history was given and the amount of "free time" we had let's you know you just need a ride to this "vietnamese universal studios".
The trip should’ve been cancelled as the weather was horrendous! Zero visibility up on the Golden bridge and French Village. Definitely not worth coming for us today! It’s like Disneyland- if you like that sort of thing!! Not for me!!
It was really a memobrable trip for our family life long so well organised trip & the tour guide(dora) was just a wonderful hunble person. Big thanks tour operator & guide for making our day so special
Our driver was prompt to pick us up from our hotel. Upon arrival to the parking lot of Ba Na Hills, we realized this was a theme park. I guess we didn't pick this up when we read the description of the tour on Trip Advisor. Our guide, Hiep, was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the weather today was dreary, chilly, and rainy at times, so it made it difficult to walk outside. The Golden Bridge, the flower garden and pagoda were great sites to see. We then went had a nice buffet lunch with many options to choose from. However, for us after, there was nothing of interest for us there. We took a taxi and went back to our hotel.
Trip must be fun which depends upon tour guide and our guide Dora was very fantastic … well spent day love it♥️ also thnx to trip advisor for well planned trip
The tour guide was friendly , he did a great job giving info's about Ba Na Hills. He guided us to the attractions in Ba Na Hills detailedly
The Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills, paired with a buffet lunch and two-way cable car from Da Nang, was an unforgettable experience. The cable car ride offered breathtaking views, and stepping onto the bridge felt surreal, with the giant hands and mist creating a magical vibe. The buffet exceeded expectations with its variety and quality, making it a great mid-day treat. What impressed me most was the excellent service—our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and enjoyable. This trip felt well worth it, leaving me in awe of the beauty and organization throughout the day.
Visiting the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills was an unforgettable experience. The cable car ride was smooth and offered panoramic views that felt like flying over a sea of greenery. Standing on the bridge, with its iconic giant hands and cool mountain breeze, was truly magical. The buffet lunch was a pleasant surprise, with a wide range of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The guide was fantastic—helpful, engaging, and always ready to share interesting stories about the place. This trip exceeded my expectations and is a highlight of my time in Da Nang.
There are two elements to the day, the Ba Na Hills attraction and the tour, which was not much more than a glorified bus service. A bonus of being picked up from your hotel is that the bus comes to you. If you are the second pick up, then its not much fun trawling around for 40 minutes to visit the other hotels before the 22 passengers are on board. Of course it works both ways and in most tours, the first picked up is also the first dropped off so everyone shares the burden – but not here. So as well as waiting 40 mins in the morning, I also had to wait another 25 mins for everyone to be dropped off in the evening. Most annoying. However, the worst aspect, without any doubt, was the first “stop”. This wasn’t on the itinerary and all the passengers were ushered off the bus to a smart large store which sold pearls and foul smelling wood. We were given security passes, and put into groups – then pressure selling started. I rebelled and after the third room we were ushered into, I baulked at the seats and video so didn’t participate in what turned out to be a 10 closing sales pitch. To their credit, many of my fellow bus passengers didn’t succumb and commented afterwards that they wished they had done the same. We all were pretty annoyed. That alone is why this tour loses so many stars. The “guide” Dee was enthusiastic, very keen, spoke good English but his immaturity showed on a few occasions. Repeatedly encouraging us “get drunk at the brewery” is fine for an 18-30 trip to Spain, but not for this more mature group. I am not sure what to make of Ba Na Hills. My conclusion is that it is a sort of Disneyland but without the rides – although the 5.8km cable car ride to the summit is impressive and the highlight of the day. I am not sure of why so many people visit – and they do, up to 50k a day in the summer – as there really isn’t much to do, apart from wander through the imitation streets, some French, and see the fake pagodas. There are other attractions, like a Luna castle, but this and two others were closed when I visited. The brewery was perhaps the best bit – free tastings “get drunk” – and the beer was ok, but hardly a Kraftbeer as it claimed. Overall, it was interesting, but a little like the Emperor’s new clothes, is there really anything to it?
Our guide was great, she was funny and informative. Would go again if the opportunity ever arises. Fun fun fun
An experience of a life time. Our tour guide, Hoa, was pleasant, patient and professional. We had a young child and an elderly mom in our group of 10 and he was able to accommodate us well. We definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting DaNang or Hoi An area. We loved it!!
I arrived at the cable car station around 9:30 AM, joining a lively crowd of fellow travelers. By 10 AM, I was thrilled to reach the first part of the hill. Walking across the stunning Golden Bridge was a highlight-I couldn't get enough of the incredible views and snapped plenty of photos. Exploring the charming French garden added to the magic of the day. Lunch was another treat, with a delicious buffet offering a variety of flavors that truly represented the local cuisine buffet offering a variety of flavors that truly represented the local cuisine. Our tour guide was fantastic, with a bubbly personality that made the experience even better. She encouraged us to explore freely while ensuring everyone was comfortable, especially an elderly woman who felt uneasy during the cable car ride. Her kindness really stood out and made the day all the more special!
The transfer was smooth, and seeing the bridge in person was breathtaking-something photos can’t capture. The buffet lunch was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of dishes from different cuisines. Sun World, with its magical atmosphere and stunning attractions, felt like a city floating in the sky. Ba Na Hills exceeded all expectations. There was so much to explore, and although time was short, we made the most of it. Our guide was enthusiastic and full of helpful insights, which added to the experience. Seeing the kids have such a great time was a highlight for me, too. Overall, its was worth every moment and every penny, and we left with unforgettable memories.
We had a wonderful experience. Han our guide was lovely, she made sure everyone knew exactly what to expect and where to go. The cable car rides were enjoyable and ran smoothly, we already knew to expect crowds however we were lucky the weather was good so our view of the hands was amazing, the Buddha and the gardens were an easy enjoyable walk. The buffet lunch had a huge selection of different foods for us to choose. We easily filled in our time walking through the village, watching the street shows and enjoying the beer fest.
A really amazing attraction. Even on a rainy day, everyone was buzzing with excitement. Well worth the trip up the mountain . Views are spectacular.👍
I had a great day going to see something I’ve wanted to for a long time. Our tour guide Dee was fabulous, funny and quickly remembered every new face. The only negative is the unexpected first stop at the Pearl and Jade factory which I didn’t see on the itinerary. I think it would be best to skip and get to the destination earlier
Golden hands bridge was amazing.Coaster wasn’t included in package even though advert-Disappointing.
Good program and tour with a service minded guide. The guide also made sure to see everyone in the group and cared for our wellbeing
Everything was fantastic and the lunch was amazing. The French village was great and the golden bridge was incredible
If you get the opportunity to visit the Golden Bridge don’t you dare skip it. We had a number of memorable tours during our trip but this was among one our most memorable!!! The cable car experience was an experience in it of itself but didn’t prepare us for the views that we were able to see when we reached the top of the mountain. From the marble hands bridge to the botanical gardens and different themed areas there was so much more to experience that it wasn’t possible to enjoy the entire park in just one day. We took some of the most memorable pictures of our trip during this excursion.
Kacy our tour guide was really helpful. She was really kind and treated us very well. Thank you for such a lovely time at Ba Na hills!
Bana Hill is amazing Best tour. We had the buffet lunch was great. All the food is well priced and tastes amazing. Will 100% want to go here again. The gardens are beautiful and it so nice to walk here as it is much cooler in the Hills than sea level. It was so refreshing. Better than Disney
We had an amazing tour guide full of energy, Mr. Dee. Very knowledgeable and was very accommodating, we had a snafu the morning of the tour with hotel pick up and was able to rearrange the pickup so we did not miss the tour! We are very grateful for that, and then was able to enjoy great lunch and pictures at Ba Na Hills. This was a great experience and would definitely be happy touring with Mr Dee in the future!
What a fantastic day! Tim, our guide was great, informative and made this a fun and well looked after day
All proceeded as in a description. Really nice restaurant where lunch takes place. Chance for original photos. Long queues…
Great tour, awesome trip! Guide was good and we had an awesome time. French village is awesome, must spend more time. Lots of activities for kids
This is a really good trip, the cable car, the views, the amount to do at the top is really good. Our trip did start badly, an hour late to pick up, we got a phone call 25 minutes after agreed time to ask if we were coming today, when I said yes we were waiting in lobby he said he'd be 10 minutes, it was another 30 minutes before he arrived. I texted there office but have never received a reply. The first stop at the marble shop was not needed, the extra hour at Ba Na hills would of been better. Also the buffet lunch is horrendously busy! Nothing I had was remotely warm. There are so many other eating options at the top I would not recommend the buffet.
The guide was lovely. He told us about all the spots and carried a group flag for us. We enjoyed up a lot. It's hard to describe it all in words but he was very informational and humurous.
Excellent experience and the guide was super! Recommend it to other visitors in Danang or close to it.
This place is REALLY a new wonder of the world. The tour guide was a young guy called Tom, very kind and professional for his age. The lunch has a variety of cuisine, even vegetarian! It is definitely a place to see!
A large part of the tour consisted of the tour guide herding participants together and then sending participants on their own to the Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills versus walking alongside the participants and sharing valuable information about each place that was visited.
Fun experience for anyone, even for families with kids. Wear comfortable shoes. Involves a lot of walking
I had an amazing experience with this tour while visiting Vietnam. I was traveling from the U.S. so they were so flexible with their booking options and very responsive. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, kind and made sure we were safe. Pham was our tour guide and he was amazing. Book with this company!
From pick to drop all was done to perfection. The guide was really keen for all of us to maximise our experience. The tour attractions were good and so was the food provided.
Great tour with every attention to details. Long was very helpful and ensured the group moved together on time. Thoroughly enjoyed sight seeing !
We had a great time on this tour to Ba Na hills. Steve was an excellent tour guide and super funny as well! He gave us a lot of information about the history and was super knowledgeable. He knew the area well and made sure that every person on the trip had his phone number to contact if they needed assistance. He gave us plenty of time to walk around and explore on our own, and regrouped us when it was time to go to another part of the park. Steve also asked on the bus ride home where each person was going next, and gave us GREAT recommendations for our upcoming stay in Hoi An. On a side note - the buffet was delicious and my husband was able to eat here with a severe peanut/tree nut allergy without issue. Overall highly recommend this tour, especially with Steve!
We went on the Ba Na Hills day tour with our guide Vy who was full of friendly and knowledgeable throughout the tour. The day ran smoothly with plenty of time allocated for our own time as well as time with the tour. Overall, a great day out.
