The location on top of the hill was amazing. The walking on Golden Bridge was good & walking around the area with many attractions was exciting. The buffet lunch was excellent with variety of food. We had a good guide Emma who was always caring & accommodating to our requests.

Itinerary
Ba Na Hills - King Mountain, is also known as the second DaLat/ Sapa in Central. The weather here is always cool. Take cables to the top hill. Bana cable line is reputed for its highest difference in height in Southeast Asia area. You will visit Dream Stream Cable Car Station. After finishing the first cable car trip, you will explore the golden bridge (winding its way around a 150-meter course lined with flowers, a golden bridge shimmers against the Ba Na Hills, supported by a pair of giant hands). Then trek to Linh Ung pagoda where locates a 27-meter tall buddha. This is one of the three buddha statues that are believed to protect Danang from natural disasters. Keep walking down the hill, you will find out the Flower garden. Enjoy the nature at your own pace. Visit and play game at the Fantasy Park.
Its attraction is the unique architecture. There are giant hands holding the bridge. The hands have a gray color. Contrary to the elegance of the bridge, moss hands make up the old, nostalgic atmosphere. The yellow color of this bridge is more prominent and distinctive between the forest and the giant hands. According to TA Landscape Architecture – the design firm of Golden Bridge – the image represents the hands of the God of Mountain, supporting the villages to get to Thien Thai garden.

Our tour guide was Jack Ho, very fun trip with pickup at 9 am and done around 1 pm. Then drop in town for a nice local lunch. Lots of great photo opportunities. Worth the investment.
What a great day we had at the Golden Bridge. It was as spectacular as the photos looked. Sunny was a great guide. He shared great conversations with us and was entertaining and informative. Everything about the tour lived up to our expectations. Sunny took photos for us and shared information about his daily life and family life in Vietnam.
A good view of the Ba Na region and a spectacular design and construction feat. But the safety and over crowding should be better managed as there are too many bottlenecks with the cable car access. Suggest to visit when the weather is good so that the overall views and visibility are better.
Must visit for all ages. Had a really great time there. If you are in da- nang don't miss this place. After that rally had a good time at sunworld and guide was good too. She speaks english well so. She told about all necessary things about places in detail
The service that ANH gave us was outstanding ! She called us a day before to confirm our pick up time while we were stranded at the Linh Unh Pagoda and did the extra work by helping us and send us someone to pick us up there. She also helped us change our drop off destination and helped us with ideas on how to navigate Ba Na Hills easier. The views at Ba Na Hills are beautiful and even though we arrived in a very cloudy day and we couldn't see much we had a great and fun time and our 12 year old enjoyed the extra time at the rides zone. The buffet was amazing too! We had a great experience with this tour. Also our driver was friendly and very attentive. I believe his name was Hun. Thanks ANH for going the extra mile and offering great service!
Good tour guide, full day tour, saw all the attractions, really nice food (buffet style), took loads of pictures and had a really great time, would highly recommend going !
As I wanted to see Ba Na Hills before I left Hoi An and Vietnam, this trip was scheduled at the last minute as there were really no other options to fit into my time schedule. That being said, you are really only paying for the convenience of having a driver. Nothing else. You should never pay the amount this service charges because as I later learned most hotels that you stay at - including mine - can arrange the same thing at a much cheaper price. The driver was nice and pleasant as almost all of the Vietnamese people I encountered are but spoke little English. My point of contact, Ms. Anh from Indochina Unique Tourist, was inept at best and really provided me with no information until literally minutes before my departure despite requesting things from the outset. I found the best information online to be honest Whatever the case, Ba Na Hills is an interesting, beautiful and at the same time perplexing Disneyland style park that they have built, and are still building, high up into the hills. The views are breathtaking as is the tram ride up. As many others have commented it can get quite crowded with tourists. As almost everyone seems to have the same package deal as it is in all inclusive entry ticket with add-on for additional foods that you may want in the food booths or many restaurants besides that all you can eat buffet that every tour seems to include. This is at the one restaurant location in the park and as you can imagine it’s like any buffet you would encounter anywhere. It is perplexing to me because for whatever reason they have chosen to build a Paris/French themed park mixed in with temples and pagodas in the same region. It’s very perplexing if not entertaining. I still would recommend it though as it is something unique to Vietnam and is worth a day trip. There are also hotels that you can stay at up in the hills for anybody that is interested. Visit the hills but just know that there are much cheaper options than this service!
A wonderful view of the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills. I was with Xuân Tú Tours Co. Ltd. with Guide Lam and driver Lucky. What a fabulous 5 days. Thank you so very much Xuân Tú .
The Golden Bridge was everything and more than we expected. Having the driver and guide also enabled us to to make the most of our day. our guide was superb, very knowledgeable and friendly. Buffet lunch was very good lots of choice and catered for all tastes.
This package was good. It included a personal driver and an all inclusive ticket. Some flexibility on the pick up hotel time might be something the company could consider as it was just the two of us, we could have left a lot earlier to ease the congestion of getting on the cable cars when we were there. But that’s really the only piece of feedback. Worth the trip indeed! There is so much to do in SunWorld if you want, especially for kids. The alpine coaster was a lot of fun and worth the go! The bridge is beautiful, incredibly busy. The cable cars give you an unreal view. It’s a whole different Vietnam up there though. Perhaps visit a little earlier or it seemed to be much less busy in the afternoon on our way back down though for photos of the bridge. ☺️ Our driver was lovely. Excellent communication with Whatsapp!! Super easy to deal with! Thank you!
I made my booking at 10pm the previous night and call them. Surprisingly someone was still online to helped me to clarify the logistics. The driver pick me up on time, was polite and helpful. He walked with me until the cable car. The entrance, the cable car and the lunch were included.
I would recommended this tour. You are on your own once you got inside which was fine by us. Comfortable transport and great day out. We could do everything at our pace and dropped back to our hotel.
It was a great day out, awesome village with plenty to see and do plenty of restaurants. We got picked up from hotel and dropped off which was good didn’t have to worry about anything it was all organised for us.
Awesome experience! We got to pick our pick up and drop off time from our hotel and driver was great, loved every minute of Golden Bridge and Ba Na hills experience, delicious buffet lunch.
Very smooth pick up drop off process. The Golden Bridges is very touristy but it’s a beautiful place to see. Bring good walking shoes and try not to get hit with someone’s selfie stick as everyone tries to become an Instagram influencer. Driver was great, immediate contact on WhatsApp from coordinator and quick response on WhatsApp when I needed some more direction. Will be referring future visiting friends here.
Went up by cable car to Bana hills. Walked across the golden bridge. View is breathtaking. The venue, gardens, vibe food - is all amazing. Worth spending a day. Watch out for the weather. You miss out if its cloudy.
Everything about this trip was perfect! From the transportation to the actual place itself everything was easy. It was by far the best choice I made. My favorite thing was that someone always got back to me (within a few minutes) so I felt comfortable at all times. I highly recommend! It definitely saved me the hassle of having to book everyone separately.
We booked a trip with Indochina Unique Tourist, with pickup at our hotel. Everything worked out perfectly, our pickup was on time, and we were transported back upon demand. The French Village was more interesting than the bridge. The only drawback was that nobody mentioned that it would be cold at the top.
We booked this trip online in Hoi An Vietnam thru the Tripadvisor app. Very smooth process. The driver came and picked us up from our resort and drove us to the Ba Na Hills. Once there he guided us thru the maze of to make sure we got to where we needed to be. Not overly clear and there are a lot of people there. He did a great job and I don't think he was supposed to come in as far as he did, but we appreciated the help. Up the cable car, it was cloudy so view was limited, but it's very quiet. At the top we went to the Village and had a look around. It's a bit surreal - hence the heading of this review. It's a bit Disney. Had the included lunch at about 11 am cos we were hungry and the dining room was very large and filled quickly. Lots of food to choose from - limited western menu. No coffee. Rode the other cable car and then down the hill. Slightly clearer and still very quiet. At the bottom we found our driver and we chatted as best we could on the way home. Our native languages a little foreign to each other, but to convey the general idea. Good day. Oh I've forgotten the Golden Bridge - it is a bit forgettable. Nice and all that but crowded with people taking selfies.
Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended trip. Lunch was amazing. The lady that i was dealing with was very helpful.
Exceptional service, would highly recommend! Transport was on time, very clean and great value all round.
This trip was very well organised, I was sent a message on whatsapp from the staff. She was very polite and told us all the details including what time I would be picked up, where to go once we get there and what was included in the ticket. This included maps and pictures, which made the trip easy and stress free. The driver was very polite and time efficient- was at our hotel early and arrived on time to pick us up. Very happy with the day all in all and would highly recommend to anyway.
The Bana Hills package was great! The tour guides were friendly and helpful and we had ample time at the Golden Bridge, which for us was the main attraction. All in all it was great and we would definitely recommend it!
I went to Bana Hills mainly to see the bridge, I thought the entire park was built with taste, being French, I appreciated all the little French touch. The decor, the music.I did not regret at all spending my entire day up there. I love the funiculars. The lunch place was very packed and chaotic.
Had a wonderful experienced with my family. We liked this place very much. Specially my baby enjoyed this place a lot. We are planning to visit again.
The golden bridge was amazing! The driver picked us up at an agreed earlier time which was great and we got there quite early to beat the traffic and tourists (and there were lots of tourists!). It was tricky getting out ticket though, as the guard wouldn't let us in to get the tickets. Kind of like you needed a ticket to get your ticket and had to show them my confirmation email, so that was annoying. But once we were in and got the cable car up it was fine. Rain and cloud played a part on the day we visited which worked to our advantage as lots of people went inside and we had the bridge to ourselves. Buffet lunch was included which was great, lots of choices and variety. Table seating was silly though, needed more 2 and 4 seats rather than long tables and having to share with others who would be quite rude about doing it. It was quite a maze to get through some of the areas and not very clear signs etc. But all in all, a good experience.
Perfect day trip from Da Nang, what an amazing place the construction is something I’ve not seen before. Our driver picked us up on time with no issues, tickets were ready to collect Trip Advisor instructions were spot on. Thanks for a wonderful day.
It's worthwhile a day trip to go up the hill with the cable cars and then walk over the golden Bridge. The amusement park is very well done. A tour through France with some good food. I would not buy the buffet, as there are so many other Restaurants which serve good food. Of course with the buffets tickets they make extra money but it's not an exciting buffet.
I will book this tour during weekdays and without luncheon packages next time! We had lunch buffet, the restaurant food quality was so worth for the price!
The driver was on time, the driver was very friendly. However he did not speak any other language than Vietnamese so we did not got a chance to talk to him at all. For this trip you are basically overpaying to get transportation and tickets in advance to get into Ba Na Hills. I will recommend you get a car on your own and buy the tickets at the site. The Ba Na Hills are a very beautiful place, I will still recommend people to go over there. The ride in the cable car is an experience of its own.
The golden bridge is very beautiful. Is an attraction worth to visit. Unfortunately there is too many tourist on the bridge, hard to take a photo without those tourist
The sight is amazing from top view! A bit disappointed if you walk on the bridge though because all i can see are people. Other than that, the scenery is still breathtaking for you to admire the engineering and the landscape!
We selected DaNang as our destination for a 1st visit to Vietnam. I had seen images of the Golden Bridge and it seemed interesting. We visited Hoi An, spent time on the beach, and at lots of good food. That said, the tour to Ba Na Hills coupled with a visit to the Golden Bridge was the highlight! It was cloudy - low clouds when we arrived. Before too long, the cloud cover lifted and we were treated to a beautiful blue sky. The Hands of the Gods are immense!! The bridge was crowded but it was worth the visit. A must see - in person!!
We ordred a trip with guide and pickup at the hotel. The pickup was ok, and the driver excellent. The guide was a dissapointment. He met us at the ticketoffice and followed me to get the ticket for the cableline and the lunch. Then he left us. We had to find out of things by our selvs. The line, the bridge an the villige was amazing! We recomand the trip, but arrage it by your selvs. No need for a guide.
A must do even for people who are terrified of heights (me). This place is amazing the scenery from cable cars is like nothing else. The golden hand bridge is spectacular. Get there early and enjoy the whole day.
Positives - the driver arrived promptly both ways. Negatives - driver cannot speak english; took first stop along the way to redeem ticket (he cannot explain except to say 'ticket" to me) but apparently it was not the right place. Took another stop at the foot of the entrance leading to Ba Na hills along the road with a couple of guys standing on the road to get the tickets from them. It all looked surreal that I had to check whether the tickets (entry and buffet lunch) given to me are indeed legit. Driver drop me off on the parking area and just told me he will pick me up at 1:30pm but showing me the clock on his mobile. I had no idea what to do next but to follow the crowd taking the 'sun world' bus emblazoned on the side. Absolutely bizarre! Forget about the lunch buffet at La Lavande, not worth it.
The building are of French Architectures. There is a modern indoor games centre. It would be good to visit the Golden Bridge in the morning when there is less crowd. At the L'Jardin Zone you can visit the Tinh Garden, 100 years old pomelo tree and old villas. You need time to walk around to enjoy the place
My advice is go urly in the morning, at about 8 or 9 am. Less traffic, and less people is a must, if U want to see evrything, many tourist, want to go there also. Join, The Golden Bridge, take pictures, and after take the 2nd. Cable-car. Walk around, The Place, and squares, see what is going on. After, u can go down to the basement,. U find a big Luna-park, many things to do for the Children. Enjoy Your time, its agreat Place to Be!
The whole experience of Bana Hills was great. There was so much to see and do and thankfully the weather also held up. This particular package included a transfer for which the driver was very prompt. The entry ticket which you pay for provides you with entry to the park, use of the cable cart and also a buffet lunch. The buffet lunch was absoloutly awful in our opinion and only last 10mins in there as it was very dirty so opted to buy our own food outside of the buffet restaurant.
the trip was great, but the hot weather made everyone tired. our tour guide, Loen was very nice and we all have a great time.
Unbelievable experience, could take kids or just friends. Something for everyone here. So much to see and do, allow a full day.
The view from the ropeway, and the bridge of the hand of God ,was very wonderful. Please try it by all means.
take a private tour and beat the crowds reach the top of the hills and walk around a wonderland of fun and enjoyment. Top food and drinks in the best re created old world I have seen. Get out of the heat for a day and enjoy walking around in comfort.
It was a great experience to travel up in the cable car to the cool of the hill station. We were lucky enough to take all the cable cars and the funicular car on our visit. Views are awesome. Just be prepared for the crowds. We went mid week to see the golden hand bridge and were disappointed. You could hardly walk across the bridge as there were so many people taking selfies and being rude in general. Otherwise the site is very interesting. A bit touristy but sometimes you have to do that. Views and the cable car rides made the day.
No matter how much or how little you want to see or do, it is well worth the effort and is a great day out. It gets crowded in places, but that is Asia and we didn't find it too hard to manage, just be prepared to take your time. You are on holidays !
I booked this with a little concern over the short time ashore to appreciate the key points of the Ba Na Hills Sunworld location from Chan May port. Luckily the traffic gods were in our favor both ways, and the Ship docked so that I was just about to call for the coach and it arrived as my party assembled off the ship. The distance is not too far, and the road construction was only a small reduction in the speed of the journey. Luckily there were no accidents or break-downs in the tunnel that is the short cut to the the entrance to the cable cars. Being a Sunday it was pretty packed, also a Vietnam holiday weekend, but the cars were frequent and the guide knew which way to go to beat the lines! The Golden Bridge was pretty full of Asian Tourists, and a little misty but the creation is amazing and the views from the bridge, from the cable cars and to the bridge were all worth it. There is some reconstruction and new construction ongoing at the French Village Resort and theme park, but it was awesome to experience being transported from Vietnam to France, and the street performers and costumed characters added more to the attraction. The buffet dinner was good quality, mainly Asian food so my family (all mainly from China) enjoyed filling up before we closed with a quick walk around the gardens and near the big Buddha. The trip back was uneventful and made it to the Dock in time before the Ship 'all aboard' 3:30pm. Thanks to Jack the Guide and the driver, and Evie for making sure that they were aware of our time constraints and providing a quality service that we highly recommend!
My husband and I were keen to see the Golden Bridge whilst in Vietnam. We booked this tour as it mentioned direct access. Well, that was the case with regards to the tickets (we didn’t have to queue for entry), but from that point in it was long lengthy lines. We queued to get on the cable car to get up to the Bridge, but you had to queue for a second time to get to the top. The Bridge was amazing to see but it was jammed with people. It was literally shoulder to shoulder as we shuffled along the 150mt bridge. A buffet lunch was included in our ticket (everything was on offer). From there we joined the long lengthy lines to get back down the mountain. The bridge is definitely worth seeing but brace your self for the crowds.
We were collected from our hotel on time and travelled to Ba Nah Hills. It was an amazing experience with the views Just breathtaking. It was a little misty travelling up in the cable car but cleared for the trip down the mountain. Once at the top there is so much to see.
The Ba Na Hills are so beautiful, so glad we went there. Try and go as early as you can it gets so hot . The lunch buffet was great I wasn't expecting it to be so good.
