I truly enjoyed my visit to Bana Hills! From the breathtaking views to the beautiful surroundings, every moment was worth it. The cable car ride was a little scary at first, especially with the incredible height, but once you get used to it, the views are absolutely amazing! There are so many things to see and enjoy, from stunning attractions and beautiful architecture to fun activities and memorable photo spots. Bana Hills is definitely more than just a tourist destination—it's an experience worth having. A must-visit when in Vietnam! ❤️

Great tour guide. Friendly and knowledgeable
Ba Na Hills is more about attractions and funfair than culture. Golden Bridge is beautiful but overcrowded in the daytime, just like the French Village. But the Pagoda on the top of the hill was a bit more calm and relaxing, giving a super view on the whole complex. Hoang the tour guide gave us a perfect service on this day.
Fantastic trip, knowledgeable guide, explained everything clearly. Cable cars were amazing and the tunnels were better than expected
Sherlock our guide for the day was excellent clear information showed us around and also feee time great job Sherlock Thank you for a great day at Ba Na Hills
Hong is an excellent guide She explained everything but not overdoing it as some guides do. Great views. sun world made me feel like a kid again😀
Unfortunately my guide and transportation never came to collect us so we didn’t go at all. Terrible service, no communication from anyone before pickup nor to say when they would (or didn’t) come. Now in a battle to get my money back from Tripadvisor!
What an amazing day. Even though it was very cloudy and a little rainy it still was so amazing. Clouds gave it an magical airiness to the day. Took some amazing photos. Who knew there was so much up in that hillside. An experience worth having. Our guide Vu was very good and had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend doing this activity.
I’m not normally into going to theme park dish tourist areas that this place was very cool and impressive. If I had a choice between this or Disney, I would choose this. The words they created, and the temples are all great. The views are spectacular. the golden hand bridge was great, but very crowded. The cable car ride to and from everything is a fun experience unless you’re afraid of heights
Started the day with peak excitement, got absolutely humbled by the heat and endless walking, but somehow it all turned into one of those “I’ll never forget this” experiences. The Golden Bridge felt surreal (yes, it’s as cool as it looks), the cable car views were insane, and the whole place is just… extra in the best way. Crowded, a bit touristy, and mildly exhausting — but honestly? Still 100% worth it. SPF 50++ carried the trip as much as I did. Note for the guide: Shoutout to Ouan for keeping the vibe alive, handling the chaos like a pro, and the sweetest surprise souvenir — truly made the day extra special 💛
The place is very large, and it is not real easy to navigate where things are from map. Be persistent and you will find the group at your meeting place when it is time to leave. Cable car zooms at a pretty fast pace. Rain, low clouds, was the recipe for the day. Still though, I had a good time. Tour guide wasmost helpful.
It is a theme park. I was expecting something more authentic. The French village feels manufactured and not authentic. More of an amusement park.
Baña tour was good food is okay I guess too much to choose from ruined it for me but my greatest disappointment was bringing us to a pearl place 5 minutes after I’m picked up and stayed there for an hour unbelievable.
Lin was a fantastic tour guide. He is funny, attentive and very knowledgeable about Vietnam. Our trip to Bana Hills was memorable because of his excellent service. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience. Tim our tour guide was amazing and made the experience all that more enjoyable. There was a mix up with our early morning pick up but after that was rectified, everything went smoothly and according to plan. The tour was extremely well organised and lunch and facilities were excellent. We highly recommend this tour. Well done to all. Bring something warm in the winter months as it gets quite cool at the top of the mountain.
We had a very good experience of Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills tour with professional guide and photographer Jun. Nice and safe site seeing.
Thank you for making our entire trip smooth and memorable. Your guidance and support throughout were outstanding, and every detail was managed seamlessly. We would surely recommend your services to others
This was a fun day at Ba Na Hills/Sun World. Communication with the tour operator Eddie was great. I was picked up from my Airbnb on time and Eddie called me the night before to let me know to bring a jacket as it might get chilly there. All throughout the day communication was great. The park is touristy but still beautiful. Make sure you check out the pagoda..really amazing views. The Indian buffet was so good and very fresh with a lot of different dishes. Eddie was friendly and the tour well organized.. I highly recommend this day tour.
Ba Na Hills is a place that you must visit in Da Nang or Vietnam. They put a lot of work in designing the whole place. You can take beautiful pictures everywhere. Our Panda Group tour guide was Mr. Tom He's very good. We enjoed the Ba Na Hills very much! A key tip: definitely bring a jacket as it gets cold up the mountain! Despite the crowds, it was a memorable and well-organized trip. Highly recommended!
We went on November 2nd. Unfortunately, it rained a lot and there was a lot of fog on the mountain, which prevented us from enjoying the golden bridge or the outdoor attractions. We had to do everything indoors. The buffet lunch was good. We had a problem on the way back from the tour because we had a flight that night and had asked to be dropped off at the airport. However, on the way back, they drove past the airport and started dropping everyone off at the hotels ath the city, leaving us until last, even though we asked them a thousand times to drop us off first. We almost missed our flight. It was unnecessary stress due to poor logistics. Also unnecessary a first stop they made on a pearl store for the turist to buy.
Absolutely Worth It – Even in the Rain! Despite the rain, our Ba Na Hills tour was unforgettable! The mist actually made the whole place look magical, especially the Golden Bridge — it felt like walking through the clouds. We still managed to explore the French Village, enjoy the cable car ride, and taste some delicious local food in the buffet. The rain couldn’t dampen the experience — in fact, it added a unique charm to the mountain views. Highly recommend this tour rain or shine! 🌧️☀️
Da Nang alone has so much to offer, from the beautiful beaches, to the wide variety of food, the friendly and hospitable locals, the beautiful natural scenery, but I did not expect to go to a fairytale land like Ba Na Hills! It never gets boring in Da Nang, and one day is not enough to explore Ba Na Hills but this tour will make sure you get the most out of one day! There are several lengthy cable car rides, plenty of photo spots, too many places to explore, and rides and games to try, and on top of that they have a beer plaza and there's a show around the afternoon! We're super stoked from this tour! And I just want to say thanks to Jerry for being a great tour guide! He made sure we get picked up at the designated time and spot and drop us off at our hotels safely!
Ba Na Hills is definitely a must place to visit. It is far, far more that just a bridge being supported by two hands which in itself is spectacular, but the entire area around needs to be thoroughly explored. The facilities, the gardens, the multitude of eateries and the brewery are all just spectacular.
Our trip was amazing thanks to our fantastic tour guide, Ms Marry She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories about each attraction in perfect Chinese. Her itinerary was well-planned, balancing sightseeing and free time perfectly. Marry was always attentive, answering all our questions patiently and even helping us take great photos. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time, recommending hidden gems and delicious food. Her professionalism and warm personality made the trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Ms Marry as a guide—five-star service without a doubt.
wonderful day trip to Bana Hills. the English speaking vietnamese tour guide was friendly and helpful. really enjoy the smooth coordination and transport .Going to Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge is a big outing. This was a great way to put some structure around our visit. Our guide ran a tight ship. She did a great job of telling us about the the place and what our options were during flexible parts of the schedule. The whole experience passes quickly. Adding the buffet lunch was a good call. There was a lot of good food. For a first visit, this is a great way to see all the highlights.
It was a great experience indeed..credit to our professional tour guide Mr Bean95..you help us to makes our trip a memorable one.thank you so much😊👍 Highly recommended!!
If you love crowd :) you will enjoy this place. However, apart from the fact that its crowded. The place is worth to visit. Its beautiful!!
Pick up this morning was excellent, with driver going above and beyond to ensure entry to the Park successfully. Golden hand bridge was very impressive as was the cable car and views. The rest was a theme park with not much interest. Guide added no value other than telling us we were in the wrong spot and lunch was horrible. Golden bridge is worth seeing but suggest doing to on your own for a lot less $$$
The bridge is embedded in a huge Theme Park in Mountains. All buildings are artificial and are supposed to represent french style. If you like overcrowded commercial attractions you will like it. If not there are better ways to discover Vietnam.
It was a fabulous day out. The bus trip was ok, and cable car ride was awesome.. sunworld was out of this world spectacular.
We had a bit of confusion about the pickup this morning, but our guide fixed this quickly by ordering a taxi to pick us up and we met the rest of the group at the pearl gallery. The rest of the trip went pretty well and Mr.Dee did a great job all day, if I would have any negative comments it would be that it is to little time to spend on the BA NA Hill, in the high season I would never recommend to do these trips. Can’t image how much people there would be there at that time. But it is unbelievable what they have built on top of a mountain 🫣 love it
Very nice , but extremely busy. Expect Disney land queues and people everywhere. Would highly recommend VIP passes , expensive but the alternative is waiting in 1 - 2 hour queues. Buffet is plentiful and diverse, but again go before the crowds ( we went at 11.30 )
Our tour guide Na was very friendly and informative..Na did a great job to get our group out of the crowds to return by cable car to our bus. Loved the French village and everything on offer to enjoy...the cable car ride to and from the top of Ba Na hill...i especially loved buddah
Excellent, except for the afternoon rain that was a bit annoying. Tour guide explains a lot. We paid extra for the WOW pass, which was a blessing.
Overall a good tour. Our guide, William was really good at communicating the pick up time. The description was 100% accurate covering everything listed. William kept good control over the group ensuring no one got lost or caused delays, The line ups for the cable cars weren’t too long but the Golden Bridge was absolutely packed and people pushing you was uncomfortable. The buffet lunch was very good with choices to please most people and there was lots of seating available.
Enjoyed the experience. I knew it would be crowded and much of it amusement park oriented. As a solo traveler the guide, Scott, toke picture of me in different locations. I
While we were a bit overwhelmed by the crowds, we were very impressed by our guide, Long. He kept us on time, kept track of all of us and made sure we all made it back safe and sound. And I can tell you, that was no small feat. I was very impressed by Long and I appreciated his guidance.
Amazing experience. Very organised and Long was a great tour guide. We highly recommend this tour! Long was watching the weather the whole tour and got us all down dry and safely back to our drop off point.
We had a great time out at Ba Nah Hills. Our guide Rosie was truly a delight. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole experience. She made sure that we always knew where to go, took us to places if we needed, and made sure where to meet through all the chaos of people. There are a lot of people that go there and the earlier you can get there the better. It really is the tourist gem of Vietnam and the gardens and bridge are absolutely gorgeous. The castle is great as well, and it was fun to take a look in the wax museum and see some of the games while we waited. The coaster was fun for the kids and it's a good break for them after looking at all the gardens and stuff earlier. Glad we made the choice to go there and it would be fun to see what it looks like with the additions they are working on. Thanks again Rosie and crew for our wonderful time!
Bridge looks great. But, the whole setup of the Sun world park as well as the Mercure Hotel in the french village, are completely all over the place. There is no information about the park, what you can do and what you cannot do. I highly recommend not to spend the expensive night up there.... it's not worth it. Especially since all attractions close as well when the main crowd leaves.
In Danang there are so much things to do. At Bana Hills besides the Golden Bridge, there are castle, big figurine, eateries and flowers like in fairyland. We also visited the Dragon Bridge in the evening it lighted in different colors and is just opposite the Son Tra night market selling souvenirs, seafood etc. There so many places to cover eg marble mountain etc to over so don’t miss.
Viator charged us over $100 AUD more than another couple on the same tour and they were staying at a hotel next to us.
Going on a tour simplifies the visit. Our tour guide communicated with us well and was excellent in making sure we knew about the sights, where to get lunch etc. We also had free time to explore on our own. He also sorted the visit so we could see the bridge when it was least crowded.
Exceptional guide. He helped us to take a perfect route around the location. Well planned. Valued for money and got indian meal in the location
Waited in the lobby for 1 hour 30 mins for pick up Not a good experience Will not book Viator again Not a good experience
The views were amazing and the cable ride was fun. Plenty of opportunities to take great photos for your trip. However, it was too crowded, the place was packed with tourists and you find yourself standing in lines a lot. Our tour guide, Mr Tea, was very helpful and friendly! The tour also provided transportation which was comfortable and prompt.
Our guide was so wonderful, Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge was absolutely fantastic. I loved the experience.
Pros: Ba Na Hills is an absolute must visit for first-timers of Vietnam. The architecture of the Golden Bridge and the entire area is majestic. Tea was a very informative host during our time there. Cons: The bus accommodation was awful! It was so small that I felt like I was in a can of sardines. Also, Ba Na Hills attractive A LOT of social media influencers, so you should expect someone to block your way as that person is taking 21 different pictures of a model
This tour was absolutely unforgettable! From the scenic cable car ride to the breathtaking Golden Bridge, every moment was picture-perfect. Our guide was knowledgeable, energetic, and made the day fun and easy to navigate. The buffet lunch exceeded expectations with so many delicious options. The whole experience felt well-organized and relaxed, even with so much to see and do. Ba Na Hills is a must-visit, and this tour is the perfect way to do it!
The bus was tiny! Over one hour there and back and we were all packed on like sardines. My knees were pushed up to the persons chair infront of me the whole ride which made it uncomfortable. When we saw all the other busses lined up to drop off guests I definitely believe for the money we paid we should have had a bigger and more comfortable bus. Apart from that - The tour guide was amazing and so was the experience. I think less time seeing the 2nd half of the tour and more of the golden bridge/ flower garden would have been better. We only had 1 hour there felt rushed… the rest of the 3.5 hours was in the French quarter and it was tiring and we had nothing else to do after the 2 hour mark.
