Had an incredible experience on this 3-day trip in Vietnam! Everything was well-managed from start to finish. We spent 3 different days exploring Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, and Da Nang. Halong Bay views were breathtaking, Ninh Binh felt super peaceful with amazing scenery, and Da Nang was full of great energy and iconic spots. The guides were friendly, punctual, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. Everything ran smoothly without any hassle. Highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Vietnam!

This would be a 5 star review if only based on the hills and the amazing tour guide, Han. Han was patient, funny and informative. She made sure we knew the plan for the day and kept everyone engaged and happy. The tour operator staff is where my experience was tainted. I will never book with them again! Unfortunately the tour description did not match what I actually booked and when I tried to sort it out with the company, their representative was extremely rude and refused to help sort it out. My partner was back at our hotel and I was alone on the tour which made the whole experience even worse. The communication with the company’s representative was frustrating to say the least. They kept sending me screenshots of a tour description that was not the one I booked. When I explained it to them, they got ruder and more abusive. All I can say is pay close attention to the wording in your booking because there are hidden exclusions and you don’t get all the things you think you’re getting.

I recently completed a wonderful 10 day trip to Vietnam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We had an amazing one week holiday in Vietnam covering Hanoi, Ning Binh, Ha Long bay, Da Nang, sight seeing from there and finally concluded in Ho Chi Minh City. We also covered short trips to Mekong river delta. The tour was not managed well. The tour guide was always running here and there looking for group members and kept complaining. We went to the Golden Bridge at the busiest time and unfortunately my iPhone was stolen! Tour guide told us that 2 phones and 1 wallet were stolen that morning. As a famous tourist's attraction, the Sun Group should consider increasing securities to patrol at the area during rush hours. Viator should move some of the tours to the afternoon so that the bridge is not super crowded in the morning. It was a bad experience for me, I will not recommend my friends to join the Ba Na Hills tour.

Based on youtube vlogs, we booked a 07 days Vietnam tour with GadT Travels and used them to arrange our transport, food, stay at Danang-Hoi an-Hanoi-Cat ba island I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. We could opt our Itinerary and free to do the changes and they will support and guide us with their valuablr info 100%. Our Limousine ride in entire tour package was worth and comfortable for my Family inlcuding Parents Wife and kids. The crew people Hancy, Bao and Steve are such humble caring polite and wonderful. Especially their planning to Bana Hills, Cat Ba were so good which made us to avoid crowd and to have comfortable memorable moments with our family. Since everyone knows availablity drinking water through out tour is a constraint fortunately our tour guid provided us with extra bottles of water. GadT management has arranged us elegant and yummy hotels during our entire jounrney. Especially the food we had during Hoi an and Bana Hills was yummy 😋 We felt so comfortable and easy as planned for a wonderful holiday. Breath taking views and must in Itinerary: View and travel to Bana Hills(cabe car),small boat to visit Trang An-recognized by UNESCO as A World Heritage Site, visit and experience to Cu Chumi tunnel and Gun Fire(AK 47). On the last day we bid farewell to Vietnam with heavy hearts filled with beautiful memories.
